IMPORTANT:Children under 18 years old are required to present identification at check-in and must be accompanied by both parents, guardians, or have permission of the Juvenile Court, in case of travelling with others. Great location and friendly staff
This hotel has a very friendly staff and the room we had was a deluxe and was on the side of the hotel with a view of the beach and a view of the Christ Statue. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was nice with a larger selection. But it is the same selection every day. But still a large selection. The only down side I have for this hotel is the cost of the internet is very expensive. $15 a day plus 15%. And you are only allowed one device per room. If you need internet this may not be the hotel for you. But if you want a nice safe place with courteous service then it is a nice place to stay.

Right on the Beach,
I enjoyed my stay here, The Deluxe room that I received was huge and has amazing views of the ocean! The lobby was always packed and even with 3 check in staff, things seem very unefficient, so expect lines and waits for check in and check out. I do not like that they charge for internet!! that thats always upsetting! Breakfast buffet was always well presented, with a decent selection, just average size. for me nothing particular special.

Huge Ocean view deluxe room
The room I had was a deluxe so ocean facing, and it was huge, more like a suite. View of the Beach was great, and the feeling was great. The breakfast was always well presented and good service.

Average hotel - great location
Brazil is an expensive country. Nothing to do about this. The staff at this hotel is fine, and most importantly speak English well. The real benefit of the hotel, however, is that it is right on Copacabana. You can't beat that. The hotel is fine, but don't expect luxury compared with what you pay. But I would overall recommend it.

Excellent service, superb breakfast,
Excellent service, superb breakfast, modern and clean infrastructure. People at the reception, room cleaning and restaurant always trying to help you. Just in front of the nice Copacabana beach. Recommend for family or business trips to Rio !!

Great place to stay in Copocabana
The people at this hotel are great!! They really seemed to make sure that every need is met. The room was large and clean. This is not a five star hotel, but is safe and clean. The location is accross the street from the beach. The bar and resteraunt are a little pricey, but there are plenty of options in walking distance.

If you go out towards the beech and make a left, there are two great resteraunts one block down. One is Italian and one has a large outdoor eating area with great Brazilian food.

Excellent
Execellent Hotel with very nice Ocean View. Very secure and very professional staff and very corteous. Great Breakfast buffet very very corteus waiters. Flight arrived at 7 am and arrived at Hotel at 8 am but could not check in until 3 pm sharp. Rooms are clean but could clean better under the bed. Closest Metro station Cardeal Arcoverde 10 minutes walking. Very secure area and great security at Hotel. I would come back to this Hotel

in my opinion this hotel has the best location on the copacabanna beach front. The section of Atlantic avenue is not subject to heavy traffic. The beach front is the only place to stay in Rio de Janeiro. Back fromthe beach front the city is very disappointing
