Golden Tulip Regente

We had booked a Superior room, but our view was another building. We upgraded to an Ocean View room and loved it. Beautiful view of sunrise and Copacabana Beach. we put our swimsuits on, and just walked out of the hotel, went across the road, walkedacross the beach to the ocean and had a swim.

We were there during Mardi Gras. We upgraded to an Ocean View room on the 5th floor. Breakfast was included. There was a bar and casul eating area in the lobby. It was great to watch the sunrise and the beach which was completely covered with people and umbrellas. We had walked across the road just with our bathing suits and sandals and had a relaxing swim. I recommend booking in Feb. and the first 2 weeks of Mar. if you want to go to Mardi Gras. After that, prices escalate.

Our room looked into the center abyss as we expected for the price. But what a buy! Right on Copacabana Beach. The place was very clean and the entire hotel staff were extremely helpful and fun to be around. The lobby bar doesn't look like much, but what a place to "people watch'. And the security was more than adequate. Our beds were in need of an upgrade but were marginally fine for the two day stay. The rooftop pool/bar was an added plus. Even though it was Carnaval and the place was incredibly busy, they treated us like we were their only guests and even gave us a late check-out. Unless I found a better buy, I'd stay there again without hesitation.

It is an OK Hotel for a modest family Vacations not for Business.

Good location.

Very helpfil and friendly staff at front desk, and the food was fine. We stayed only one night; would have liked to stay longer, but had to fly to the U.S. the next evening. We hired a taxi through the bell man for a tour to Corcovado and Sugarloaf in the morning. Check-out was at Noon. I asked [...] at the front desk if there was a place we could leave our luggage and shower/change clothes because we would not get back before check-out. He said to keep our romm as long as we needed it, and if anyone said anything,"tell them to see [...]". We really appreciated [...]'s help. He gave us a great felling about the hotel and Rio! We left for the airport at 2PM. [...]

Das Hotel besticht mit einer tollen Lage direkt an der Copacabana. Das war es aber leider auch schon. Die Zimmer werden nicht ordentlich und im Zufallsprinzip gesäubert. Die Scheiben der Dusche wurden während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht einmal geputzt, zum Schluss wurden auch die Betten nur noch dürftig gemacht. Was aus Versehen unters Bett fällt, steht vor Staub und Sand, der wahrscheinlich schon Monate dort liegt. Die Putzfrau berichtete uns, dass ihnen pro Zimmer zehn Minuten zur Verfügung stehen und vor unserer Ankunft für eine Woche ohne richtiges Putzmittel geputzt wurde, da keines vorhanden gewesen sei. im Hotel finden gerade Bauarbeiten statt, dank der mangelnden Isolation haben Sie ab 08:30 Uhr das Gefühl von mitten drin statt nur dabei Das Personal ist sich die Beschwerden gwohnt und reagiert relativ gleichgültig. Im Frühstücksraum finden Sie niemanden, der sich nicht über die mangelnde Sauberkeit beschwert. Fazit: Für dieses Geld finden Sie an der Copa neben dem Regente wirklich tolle Hotels - Buchen Sie eines von diesen

年末年始の予約ということもあり、金額が通常よりも非常に高い。3日以上連泊することを求められた。ひとつのビルに見えて、ふたつの場所にエレベーターがあって、旧館と新館があるのだが、アンラッキーにも、旧館の方の部屋にあてがわれる。旧館の方は、すでにエレベーターから降りた時の廊下の見え方がやばい。暗く淀んでいる。部屋の扉をあけると、ガスのにおいがする。ガス漏れをしているのかと思い、不愉快な気分になる。クレームを言ったが、別の部屋はないというのだ。部屋は広めだが、部屋の窓は、裏窓で、外の風景は存在しない 向かいの別の部屋を覗けないように、窓に固定されたヒサシが取り付けられており、視界をさらにせまくしている。特別に悪い条件の部屋だ。意味もなく、リビングとベッドルームに細かく分断されていて、それぞれにトイレと冷蔵庫が付いているが、まったくその必要は感じない。ソフォが古く、型が崩れ、表面の生地も汚れている。公共の施設は悪くない。朝食は立派で、レストランの対応はすばらしい。部屋の金庫を使うと、一日の使用料を取られるという、がめつい商売をしている。ビーチの前に立地していて、ロケーションは最高だ。新館の清潔な部屋で、窓外に風景が存在すれば、もっと違う感想を書けただろう。
