Reception staff needs improvement in attitude
Overal the hotel is a nice one, specially the food in the restaurant. Room decent and clean. Good and conviniant service for sightseeing in the lobby. Pretty well organized and efficient. However, too much noise from kids jumping and screaming around and apart from the children the average age was above 60. Even though the hotel manager was understanding and nice, the male reception staff attitute was extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. Felt offended.
