Saint Moritz Hotel opened on May 2011 presenting a new concept on the market. Based on agility and cost for guests who expect comfort and fair fees. Located on the heart of Brasilia, the hotel offers best services for travellers on business or vacations.

On the top floor where the complementary breakfast is served you will also find the pool, sauna, hot tub, 3 meeting rooms and an amazing view of Brasilia.

The hotel has 200 apartments divided on Superior, Luxury and Suites. Our differential is on the Express system, to avoid lines on the check out, all the costs are changed on the moment of the purchase. At the lobby we have a fridge with Toque Gourmet frozen meals that you can prepare in the apartment, which has a complete kitchen and furniture with modern design. You can also order from our room service from 4 to 11.30 p.m. Quality and agility, no extra fees or check out lines.

A reasonable option in Brasilia

I stayed in Saint Moritz for two weeks in May 2013. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is clean, the gym is reasonably equipped and the breakfast is plentiful. A downside is that the hotel does not have a restaurant. You can order room service for lunch or dinner, but no actual restaurant. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures. One problem is that the kitchen has a large refrigerator and a microwave, but no stove top. I called the hotel in advance and asked if they had a "fogao". The person who answered the phone told us they did and when we got there they did not. They should be more careful about providing incorrect information over the phone. Also, they should provide more elements in the kitchen. For example, there are glasses but no mugs. If you want to drink coffee or tea, you can't. Overall, I found the staff not to be very helpful- and I spoke portuguese! I can't imagine if you speak english and actually need their help. They seemed annoyed when I called them to ask for anything. One exception among the staff was GRACIE. She was wonderful, helpful, nice! The hotel is most lucky to have someone liker her aming her staff and other in the staff should learn from her. The hotel location is average. Near the main government buildings (by taxi) but so are most hotels. Finally, internet is slow. You can't stream a movie or tv show and you can't use skype. Downloading a PDF takes a very long time. For a hotel in this price range, that is unacceptable. Overall, this is a good hotel and the problems that it has are common in Brasil, where hotel service is quite poor. I have found hotels to be much, much better in Argentina or Mexico.
