Not for business travelers - hopeless in-room wifi
In four days here, the in-room internet access (wi-fi) has been broken about 80% of the time. It's so slow that you can barely get an email out. The hotel clearly has a fairly reliable, high-speed connection, as it works well in some areas of the hotel, but not in most of the rooms. The internal wifi network is faulty or poorly designed. Instead of acknowledging the problem, the front desk staff make the excuse that "the hotel is full." The last thing you want to do at the end of a long day is go hiking around the hotel with your laptop in search of a place where you can get a Skype call out to your family, or just get an email with a small attachment to actually send. The Radisson isn't a youth hostel. A 4-star hotel needs a decent internet connection. If you rely on one for your business, don't stay here!

One nighter
This is my second stay at this hotel, because of the poor scheduling of the airlines servicing Bolivia. If it were not for the late arrival of the flights from Lima, I would not have chosen to stay there. The lobby seems fine, but the corridors to the room need some attention. The carpets look clean but old, and the rooms, although spacious, seem old. It needs a remodeling effort to keep up with the times. The staff was kind and commited to service. The rate? Out of range for such a city and hotel facilities.

hotel was very good.Previously,I had read some negative reviews about this property.I cant imagine why.The entire staff went well beyond the call of duty.The top floor restaurant was wonderful,and the servers were all attentive.But remember this is La Paz,not Paris.
