Great Anniversary Trip

We love Elbow Beach. It is the only place we will stay in Bermuda. The staff is very responsive and willing to help. You can't beat the views and beach. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We have always stayed in the main hotel but enjoyed the cottage this time. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Anniversary Trip!!!

We went to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The weather wasn't so good - chilly, some rain, and strong winds. But, the resort and staff were The Best Ever and we had a lovely time in spite of the "not so good" weather. Yes, it is a little pricey, but it is well worth the money. We were pampered and treated royally. EVERYONE was WONDERFUL!!! We are especially grateful to the restaurant staff. Best of luck to our friends from Romania, Italy, Phillipines and all the others - they made our trip memorable and we will always remember them with affection.

40th Birthday getaway for wife

Great time in Bermuda at Elbow Beach! Everything was great, the beach, room, restaurants! Room service breakfast on the patio...wonderful. Most fun was renting a scooter from Elbow Beach Cycles! Saw the whole island! Wish we did it sooner! (saved this for our last day!) Lots to do and see...and a great hotel/resort to stay at! We felt spoiled!

weekend away - 39 year old couple

We had 3 nights at the Elbow Beach Hotel and had a really amazing time. The hotel property is located on the best part of the island and on a beautiful beach. It is close to Hamilton and 25 minutes from the airport. The property is a bit tired and has a 60's feel to it. Very Magnum PI like grounds. We were put in one of the beach front rooms which were newly renovated and very nice on the inside. If you are expecting a four seasons experience, this isn't it. However, the food and service was pretty good. They do nickel and dime you a bit - you have to rent time on the tennis courts. If you are not able to get around easily, this place could be very difficult as well as the main hotel and lobby are at the top of a tough climb from the beach and restaurants.

Spectacular location

A beautiful and historic hotel that has closed the rooms in the main facility, making it feel abandoned and too quiet. Rooms are in buildings spread about the sprawling property.

Bermuda's bus and ferry service are affordable and easy to use. There is a bus stop across the street from the hotel entrance. Public transportation is a great way to meet the incredibly friendly native Bermudians.

The Swizzle South Shore is a nice Pub and restaurant. Awesome service and you should try Bermuda's drink, the swizzle. Also, Paraquet has great and affordable food with friendly staff.

Relaxing getaway

The hotel and room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that not all of the hotel's on premise restaurants were open. I saw signs that they would open the end of April. Therefore, if you wanted to dine at Elbow Beach, choice of restaurant/food was very limited.
