gracious, welcoming and relaxing!

The room was very clean, designed well, well lit with the natural lighting of the large sliding door onto the private patio and to the large salt water pool (which was under repair.) Climate control was quiet and very responsive to the set temperature. The shower was spacious with both ceiling and hand held water sprays with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the complimentary Keurig coffee maker. There was a well stocked refrigerator and snack drawer (which we didn't use). The toilet tank water control broke on our third day but a quick call brought a maintenance man within 5 minutes and the mechanism was replaced immediately. We enjoyed the heated freshwater pool which is about 75 feet long and it was terrific for swimming laps, even in the cooler January weather there. Most hotels have a smaller pool. The hotel was so convenient to downtown Hamilton and we found a good assortment of restaurants. Since we were there for the Race Weekend (running), which is off season, we especially found the room rates to be a bona fide bargain. The doormen and concierge cannot do enough for you! We will be going back soon!

Pricey but elegant--great value though

Great venue--very elegant but not snotty. Everyone was friendly. Took a swim in heated pool and putters and balls were available for the putt-putt course. Plus a complimentary shuttle across the bay to the sister hotel's golf course. Christmas decorations great--including a big gingerbread house. Hotel restaurants were very pricey.

Very Good

Good, friendly service. They ran out of Endless Summer coupons for dinner and it took them longer than it should have to come up with alternative note to present to a participating restaurant. More frequent ferry service to their sister resort in South Hampton would be nice. Some wear and tear showing in a few spots. Harley's atmosphere was average at best.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Everything (well almost) in Bermuda is closed on Sunday. Make Sunday a beach day or go to The Dock Yard for a few things. It would be helpful if the staff at the hotel might give visitors coming for a short stay that includes a Sunday a heads-up about Sunday's.
