Rooms in the original building offer guests the full historic experience, although the new Bermudiana House provides the same level of comfort. And the hotel offers easy access to the shops and restaurants of downtown Hamilton.

Fabulous Hotel and the perfect location,

We took the bus into town and bought a 3 day pass that was good for the bus system and ferry system which can take you all over Bermuda for a total of 28.00, great value (you do need 4.50 in quarters to get on the bus at the airport). Close to town and great restaurants. People are extremely friendly and the island is so clean and beautiful.

I have no idea

My ending experience was very disappointing as I was to receive a $300.00 credit at check out. They informed me that Orbitz took that off the package price. That WAS NOT MY UNDERSTANDING!

Very pleasant and relaxing.

Liked being "in town" with ability to go to the South Hampton Princess easily. I connected with sailors at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club(close to hotel) and got to race. Convenient to ferries that are fun and take you to many locations on the island.

Hidden Jewel. Can't wait to go back.

The staff was extremely helpful.Being new to the Island,we wanted to experience as much of the Island "flavor" as we could in 5 days. while we didn't come close we were satisfied with what we were able to accomplish. This was the best trip my wife and I have ever taken together.

ok

Visited Horseshoe bay and Elbow Beach. I requested a room with a balcony and in my receipt from Orbitz, it indicated that I'd be staying in a room with a balcony. Upon arrival I received a room located on the ground floor.
