SunBreeze Hotel

Just got back, what a perfect place for diving. Location is great, 20 ft walk across the street from the airport, no airport noise. Dive shop on premises was great. Room was nice, very clean and comfortable. All staff was great, friendly and helpful. Cute girl at the front desk with a beautiful smile every day. All the restaraunts within a few minute walk, 4 within just seconds, same for going to town, everything is there or very close by. No need for a cab. All the food was great, everywhere we went it was awesome. Licks is a good place for lobster tale, 2 min walk. Perfect place for divers or family.What a great location in relation to everything, wish i was there

This hotel is perfectly located right in the central part of San Pedro without being close to the loud club area. The beach is foot steps away and there is a dive shop on premise and a few tour companies within a 5 minute beach walk. Additionally, the entrance to the San Pedro airport is across the street which could not have been any easier.

We stayed at this hotel for our spring break in march, the experience was absolutely awful! It was the worst trip we have ever taken, our room was broken into three times, we think it may have even happened as we slept. Our cell phones, ipods, my Clarisonic, hair dryer, jewelry was stolen. We are positive it was the hotel staff since there was no signs of forced entry and we never had any visitors in the room. The hotel management did not help at all, they blamed us and acted as if we were lying to cause trouble. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not even inform my friend when her credit card was found by a restaurant owner. They told the owner that my friend was not even in the hotel. When we found out the general manager said that the hotel was not obligated to inform my friend. They did not even reimburse us in any way or offer us any comps after all they had put us through. This hotel is a disgrace

Sunbreeze is too pricey. The laundry service, local phone use, and bicycle rentals they offer are extremely overpriced, especially compared to similar services within close walking distance. The water in the shower was occasionally warm but not always warm enough. The floors in our room were not very clean, even after they had been swept, so I rarely wanted to walk barefoot inside. On the other hand, the staff is all very friendly and helpful- with the exception of the front dest staff, who were not quite as helpful as I would hope ( though this seemed to be a product of the hotel policies/ management rather than the staff themselves). The rooms are spacious, with ample places to store your things, and the location is lovely. The pool, hammocks, and restaurant are enjoyable, and the hotel is right by the airport and downtown San Pedro, and a short walk down the beach to the water taxi services, which is convenient. But I have never been charged so much to make a local phone call, and the front desk won't even make a local call to get info for you without charging you for it, even if you're in a pinch.

Is a very comfortable place to stay in San Pedro, very convenient location in front of the airport and with a great beach access, rooms are fine, wireless internet very good and the staff is very friendly. The dinner was very good, food excellent at the hotels restaurant.

Spent 6 days at the Sunbreeze, end of Feb. 2012, the most convenient Hotel in San Pedro, situated directly across the street from the Airport and only 5 minute walk to town. Great location negates the need to rely on any form of transportation. Deluxe Room was adequate but nothing special; great A/C; good shower; twin beds hindered romance and pillows were lumpy. Although service and setting was great, found their Blue Water Grill to be a little pricey. This was our 4th visit to San Pedro, 1st stay at the Sunbreeze.. would stay again.
