Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

Loved the decor and vibe of the rooms, much more hip than other airport hotels I have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. Absolutely no noise from the airport although I was in a room facing the terminal. Convenience to the airport as well as to trains into the city is unbeatable. Staff was very friendly. Free internet twice a day for 30 minutes at a time was adequate for me. I was a bit disappointed by the dinner I had with two friends in the hotel restaurant. Wait staff were curiously cold, telling us that they weren't sure they could seat us without a reservation at 8:00 on a Sunday evening when we saw at least six empty tables. They did seat us, but service continued to be chilly (not rude though) throughout the meal. The food itself was also not very good, meat and sauces lacking in flavor, vegetables limp as if they had been microwaved. It was too reminiscent of an airline meal, especially when so close to the airport.

The hotel is the only one on the airport premises and directly opposite the departure level. Other than that it is your ordinary airport hotel, dated outside. Slightly more modern inside, rooms are okay but not more. Way to expensive for the night next to an airport. Didn't try the restaurant or breakfast. Would most likely not stay again and try a cheaper hotel with a shuttle service next time ...

The hotel is conveniently located by the airport and train station. The room (king size) was large and comfortable especially by European standards. Staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. Free internet only consisted of two 30-minute blocks per day. The room's "outside view" was of the adjoining parking structure. Overall, it was exactly what I needed.

Quick and smooth check in as well as check out procedures with polite staff. Restaurant maybe not the most exciting experience as food not fully up to the standard I expect to get in a Belgium restaurant but I did not chose this hotel for a food experience but for convenience when arriving late in the evening as well as to take an early flight out of Belgium in the morning.

It was great overall. Clean and comfortable. The only comment I have is that the room smellled like cigarettes. I thought they gave me a smoking room, but the whole hotel is nonsmoking, so I didn't understand where that cigarette smell came from. Also, the walls area very thin and could hear the next door couple having conversation... And more... Very clearly!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel. Its location is most convenient, and the hotel is most comfortable. The bar area has been nicely renovated.

Great location! when you need to tkae off early the next day

Truly across the street from the airport, which also has access to the express train to the city center for a quick tourist outing. The hotel has friendly and efficient English speaking staff. Check in was quick and easy. The room was large and well appointed with two comfortable chairs and excellent bed. Veriy quiet with no airport noise. Overall the perfect experience for a 24 hour visit to Brussels.

I wanted a hotel that was conveniently located for an early morning flight. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I found the staff to be extremely polite and professional. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of exceptional quality. As for the location, it doesn't get any better. You exit the lobby, cross the street and enter the departure terminal. How easy is that? In spite of the close proximity to the airport, it was extremely quite, I never heard any airplane activity.

Right next to the airport. If you need a place for a day or two in Brussel for a business trip, this will be perfect. If you stay longer, you probably want to go to the city center (so that you can have some tourist time).
