Hard to find, expensive, know-nothing staff

This hotel, while near a motorway, is difficult to find and lacks signage. It's expensive -- basically you pay 100 bucks for a 50-buck room. It's a long walk up the stairs and over an outdoor gangway to second floor rooms, where we were stuck. There is, of course, no elevator. They added a forty dollar breakfast charge to our bill even though we did not have breakfast in the hotel breakfast room. Luckily we found this out before we, gladly, left the premises, and insisted they remove the charge. Plus they charge you an extra city tax upon checkout, whatever that it.
