A nice hotel with pleasant staff. The location is ideal for business in the Genval/ La Hulpe area. The restaurant serves excellent food, although at times service staff can be slow.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of our Belgian exchange students home. It is a lovely hotel, very modern and exellent staff and surroundings. But.. the breakfast although good was $20 Euros and in our opinion overpriced.

A améliorer
Un seul ascenseur loin de la réception et qui ressemble plus à un celui d'un hôpital que d'un hôtel 5*!! Si vous réservez par internet vaut mieux appeler avant votre arriver surtout si vous pensez avoir une chambre avec vue sur le lac! Pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger, éviter les chambres au bout du couloir (exp;341) bruit de fond tout le temps venant peut être d'un local technique?

Très agréable, avec quelques remarques
Très bel hôtel situation idéale, belles chambres spacieuses et confortables.Machine a café payante dans la chambre (!), et éviter la chambre située sous la salle de fitness... bruyante.

Super séjour, très bon repas au restaurant de l'hôtel Environs très agréables Dommage que l'accès à la piscine et aux cours fitness soit aussi cher (30€/personne)

Emplacement de rêve au bord du
Emplacement de rêve au bord du lac, très calme. Un personnel au petit soin. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et les produits d'excellente qualité avec une plage horaire allant de 6h30 à 11h le WE. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. L'espace sportif est diversifié ; le seul minuscule bémol serait pour la piscine ne permettant que de se détendre et non de faire quelques longueur car très petite. L'accès à Bruxelles est très rapide, car l'autoroute n'est qu'à quelques km.
