Was in shock to see that the price paid did not include breakfast and internet. Overall an OK stay. Location was good with easy access to Diegem train station. Nearest supermarket is at the airport - unfortunately the train does not go there from Diegem. if you have the time you can walk the 3 km to the airport! The weather was unexpectedly warm - 30 deg C! and in autumn! But because of that everyone seemed at a very relaxed mood. Just waiting for the weekend!

The hotel is good for a short
The hotel is good for a short stay. The room is comfortable, nothing fancy but efficient (similar to IBIS hotels). Breakfast was good: typical European/continental breakfast.

Very Rude Management
I chose this hotel because it was very close to the clinic that I was visiting for a simple procedure on my back. I was met by the shift manager or team leader and she was very very rude. The other girl at the desk apologized for her but none the less the tone was set. When I got to the room which was about 10:00pm the TV remote didn't work. I called to get another one and she said ok but no one ever came. There was only one pillow on the bed and a wanted to raise my back so I went to the front desk to ask for another pillow and the girl again asked her "manager" and she said that the hotel don't have any extra pillows. That's hard to believe for a hotel that has multiple floors and rooms. The next morning the taxi cab driver arrived and I gave him the name of the clinic but forgot the address. I asked the receptionist could she look up the address and she told me I could buy a pre-paid card and use the computer in the lobby to get on the internet. The taxi cab driver jumped in and asked her in a very strong Flemish language and she finally looked it up on her computer. The regular staff and the waiters were all nice but the shift supervisor or the women at night were very very rude.

I arrived at about 5:00 p.m. on
I arrived at about 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday at the airport and discovered that this airport hotel offers no weekend airport shuttle, no food service and expensive ($30 per say) Internet service. Once at the hotel one is abandoned although I understand the Metro can be reached by a 15 minute walk through the industrial area. When one considers the taxis needed, it is less expensive and far more convenient to stay somewhere else.
