Its great with some issues
I stayed one night the room was nice the bathroom was excellent I had a nice tub to soak in..sooo lovely, however it is at least a 60 ride from the airport, so its a bit far, the room they gave me was next to the elevator on the first floor, with no view!! Horrible!! However its a cool area, but the cab ride was expensive from the airport, I dont think its worth it but if you are staying in town for the week its great...

The hotel was great would use them again. The only thing is that it was kind of far from some of the things we wanted to see. We were able to find some TV in English to watch.

The hotel had a great restaurant. We celebrate my sons 4th birthday while we were there. They gave us free dessert that was enough for all of us.

Breakfast as such is good BUT
Breakfast as such is good BUT the personnel is not taking care of it during breakfast hours: uncleaned tables (at 7.30), empty dishes, slowness of the personnel (when asking to clean tables & re-fill dishes etc.) Another minus - in such a good hotel in general - is the service from the internet provider (Telenethotspot). Normally (at least with the internet service provider like SwissCom) I receive automatically receipt to my e-mail. Telenethotspot did not send it and after a long e-mail exchange I may get one....). I would suggest Bristol Stephanie to change the internet service provider to Swisscom.

Pricing is not fair - they do
Pricing is not fair - they do not make you aware that breakfast is extra and they charge you a horrendous amount by the end. The attitude itself is not `trust-building`, what can you expect then with more delicate matters.

séjour du 10/04 au 13/04/2012
séjour pendant période de grève des transports.hôtel éloigné de la grande place.chambre spacieuse et propre. toutefois le lit bien que grand est très inconfortable(mauvaise literie).chambre n° 47 donnant sur le parking "louise" avec de plus un open bar ouvert toute la nuit donc très très bruyant (les clients de l'open-bar étant particulièrement éméchés donc très bruyant).pas de double vitrage ce qui est dommageable.petits déjeuners chers (25€)

Bonjour , lit d'appoint dans la chambre à conseiller pour 1 enfant en bas age et surtout pas deux enfants car le matelas est un brise dos creusé vers le milieu (matelas PLUS que d'appoint)- l'acces au spa et aux chambres n'est pas bon - Pour aller au spa il faut redescendre au zéro et prendre un nouvel ascenseur ceci en passant devant l'accueil. Le SPA sent mauvais. L'intéret de cet hôtel etait le tarif , l'emplacement, et le petit déjeuner il n'y a rien à dire sur ce point. Manque de personnel à l'accueil - personnel très gentil.

Gourmet Burger - Place Saint Catherine - à Bruxelles Centre - merveilleux hamburger produits bio , tarif light, un vrai bonheur. Il faut arriver tôt le restaurant est toujours plein.

hotel de standing avec un prix de chambre très modéré pendant le week end. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes et bien équipée. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas à la hauteur ni l'insonorisation avec la rue. malgré tout, Bon rapport qualité prix
