Great location
We chose this hotel for the location - half block from the metro and two blocks from the train station. Plus a 24 hr. parking garage also half block away. We could also walk to the Grand Platz in 15-20 minutes. Sorry, didn't use any hotel amenities except our room, so can't comment on those.

Clean & Comfortable
Friendly staff, the receptionist lady even let us check in before 2pm . Just 2minutes from Gare du Nord Train Station. 15mins walk to City Center,Grand Place. I really enjoyed my weekend break at this hotel. Free and fast wifi. Good value 4 **** Hotel.

Last minute business trip
Booked the afternoon of the stay and arriving late, staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The room as I would expect: clean, in good decorative order, comfortable with a good shower and working wifi

good hotel
overall it was nice and clean, but the high security with the key cards were annoying and only free internet in the lobby.

Hôtel récent.
Hôtel récent, belles chambre, personnel sympa. Literie un peu molle. Salle de petit déjeuner trop grande et impersonnelle. Quartier assez moche mais bien placé, près de la Grande Place.

Pas de parking privé
Bon hôtel mais ne disposant pas de parking privé. Du coup mon véhicule a stationné dans la rue ou le stationnant est payant et surtout ou il a été dégradé. Je ne sais pas si ce fut a cause des plaque française mais ce fut le seul véhicule de la rue a subir ce vandalisme (Enfoncement de la carrosserie surement dut a un coup de pied)
