Modern designer hotel with warm hospitality is picture-perfect

Nicely located for EU-business.However....
Nicely located if you have to attend EU-meetings. I personally do not like that you have to pay extras if using any services hotel provide. Silken charges extras for: breakfast, access to fitness room, WLAN.... I might find next time a hotel which includes those services in the price.

This is a decent and well run hotel. The staff is attentive, professional and helpful. The location is good, but a bit of a haul to the old town area for those visiting as tourists (the hotel is in a business district). So, when the EU parliament is not in session, things are very slow in the area near the hotel.

My only problem was that I was given a smoking room having booked a non-smoking room. When I complained they apologised but said they did not have any non-smokers left. After considerable pressure from my side they finally moved me to a non-smoking room.

Perfectly located in the EU quarter
This hotel is perfectly located for those attending meetings in the EU institutions. Its comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. An ideal base.

Regular user of this hotel for work purposes. Very convenient for EU Council and Commission buildings. Location OK for restaurants and bars. Metro sttion nearby. Can be a bit expensive but my job normally pays. Some of the rooms showing their age a bit. Still a good hotel.

Bon hôtel
Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits dans cet hôtel car nous visitions Bruxelles pour notre voyage de noce. C'est vrai que les chambres manquent de charme car c'est un hôtel avant tout pour les hommes d'affaires car il est situé à proximité du parlement européen. Mais à part ça, c'est un très bon hôtel où le personnel est agréable et les chambres très confortable. Très bon séjour.
