Once a high class hotel, which has a perfect location, however its rooms need on several points (ie bathrooms) an urgent upate. Despite that still recommended for its location.

You Get What You Pay For
Hotel is a perfect location coming from the Train Station. Looks fancy, friendly staff, and very reasonably priced. Having said that, The air conditioner was worthless, very stuffy in August without it and location across from the Casino was noisy at times, especially when you have to sleep with the windows open

Excellent hotel, has parking(a must),
Very nice hotel situated next to the most amazing place I've seen in Europe, the "Grande Place". The hotel is very clean, we were privileged to get a suite at no extra cost. Even though in the center of town, it was very quiet. Did not eat at the hotel, just too many other choices within literally 100 yards from the hotel. Has valet parking which is a must if you have a car, though expensive. Will definitely stay there next year if the rates remain attractive.

Great review
Ideal location to visit old town area/museums and yet very close to Central train station for easy access to airport. Beautifully appointed in lobby and room. Efficient service at front desk.

not very bad, but really hard to find, even though it's very closed to grand place. as others pointed out, they try to place you at the front facing the casino. i heard rooms at the back can see the grand place.

Royal Windsor Hotel
Excellent location very close to the train station, Grand Place, and the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. In fact, we walked to all the sites we wished to see.

Not bad at all
The hotel location was great! Casino and club was right across the street. The staff was very friendly and were accommodating. The only complaints I have is the minibar is not complimentary. I thought it was (it should be for the price of the hotel) but the staff did not hesitate to help us out with adjusting the price of the minibar! The rooms were small but comfortable! If you want a slightly bigger room I suggest an upgrade for 39 euros more :)

My stay at the Royal Windsor Hotel,
I went to Brussels for aviation meetings. The hotel's location was perfect and the atmosphere lends itself to meetings and continued collaboration before and after meetings. An abosolute excellent facility, this was the fourth time I stayed at this hotel. The quality is very consistent over time, excellent.

Hotelli oli loistavalla paikalla. Central-asema n. 200m ja Gran Place ihan lähellä. Huone oli tasokas. Aamiaisbufeen hinta 30€ ihmetytti, emme testanneet koska aamiaista saa samasta korttelista kohtuu hintaan. Hissit jumittivat ja valot sammuivat hissimatkan aikana kahtena päivänä.
