The elegant, recently refurbished Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place is located just off Brussels' world famous Grande Place. This hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of brussels. The room was small but very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed and was an excellent deal for the price I paid. would definitely return.

Great hotel excellent location
Stayed here after returning from Paris. This hotel is excellent, staff very professional, lovely spacious rooms, huge bathroom, robe and slippers available to wear while there. There were 3 of us and I asked for. Cot although 3 could have easily fit into the king sized bed. 2 tvs one in the bedroom and the other in the living area. Breakfast was not included and it was costly, but worth every penny since the room was so reasonable. Great deal [...]!Grand place is behind the hotel so plenty of shops and places to eat, not to mention chocolate shoppes.

a short distance from the Royal Windsor, there are many out door cafes with great food, beer and people.

Great value, great location
Friendly, efficient check-in and check-out. Clean room. Conveniently located near Grand Place and main sights. Easy walk to restaurants and pubs. The room unfortunately lacked a folder with tourist information, and a coffee maker would have been nice. Nevertheless I would stay here again for the same rate.

The location of the hotel is excellent,
The location of the hotel is excellent, just couple of steps from central train station and in the close proximity to the most of city's major attractions.The room was unexpectedly big and the bed was so good, I couldn't to drag myself out of it in the morning. Very clean and wonderful hotel!

Disappointing
The location was great, but that was really the only truly good thing about the hotel. The room was much smaller than we had been led to believe, the staff were rude, and worst of all, they had a discotech club playing terrible music until 4 am, which kept us up. Clearly not intended for anyone over the age of 21. Finally, the amenities were not 5 star. Overall, just felt very mediocre, and not worth the price.

No Sleep in the Inn
We were kept up all night by the street noise. Every drunk teenager in Brussels came under the window to scream and yell and it wasn't even a weekend night. If you value your sleep then this isn't the hotel for you.

Royal Windsor Hotel - Brussels
This hotel is excellently-situated about one block off of the Grand Platz. It is within an easy 200-yard walk from the Brussels Central train station which makes getting there by train a breeze. The hotel was apparently recently renovated. Our room was great and it had all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel but they have a restaurant (Chutney's) which had a very attractive menu and the bar at Chutney's was a fine place to relax and have a drink and seemed to be very popular. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and given the prime location, the excellent condition of the hotel and our room, and the attentive staff it will be my first choice if headed to Brussels again.

Great hotel close to the action!
This hotel was a suggestion from a business collegue who previously stayed in Brussels a week earlier. Great service, they speak very good English, and were very helpful in recommending restaurants places to see. All the good stuff is in walking distance too. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. I didn't dine at the hotel, but they did have a very nice bar/nightclub on premisis that was hopping on a Saturday night.

Bring plenty of cash Euro. Many of the shops and restaurants don't take Amex or often give you push-back if you flash the plastic. Western Union was the best rate for getting Euro changed. But I would suggest something outside of the tourist zone for better rates.
