Excellent 4 stars hotel with an ideal location, large rooms with view and fully equipped, very appreciated for the high level of service.
Best alternative outside NH Hotels (in case fully booked): Hotel Husa Cascades.

Great room
This hotel was very modern, rooms were extremely clean and spacious, especially by european standards. We had no problem walking into the main part of town (grand plaza) but be aware it is a long walk. We did this walk no less than five times and it took approximately 25 minutes each way. We felt a little nickel and dimed here, asked to use the internet and got a free voucher for 15 minutes and then had the computer cut us off after 6. During our six minutes the staff came by and told us not to ask for another voucher, as it was a one time deal, after we had already been told that. If you have a computer or iphone, use free wifi at alomst any bar instead. We also wanted to do a small amount of laundry here and found washing a single shirt was 6 euro. All in all a really great room. Pretty far walking distance into the main attactions but two blocks from Avenue Louise. Staff was generally not very friendly and a bar down the street was noisy until 3am and it is very hot without the windows open, even in October when we were there.

Clean, large rooms, friendly customer
Clean, large rooms, friendly customer service. A nice restaurant area is around the corner, as is a good shopping street. About 10-15 mins walk from the city centre. Enjoyed an excellent stay.

Best Choice for Brussels!
Excellent staff - Very responsive to requests... short walk to metro, easy walk to Grand Palace (20 minutes, great sites on the way).

NH Stephanie stay in Brussels
Aside from its location from the main city center, this hotel was great. We love the rooms and the staff was very kind and accomodating. It is located in a quaint residential neighborhood with close proximity to a local deli and market (which was convenient for us to buy water). We walked on the first day to reach the city center (Grand Place) and took the Metro underground the next day. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the Metro but I would not advise going alone at night.

Excellent location and service
The hotel is located in an excellent location... just steps away from fabulous places to eat, or have a nice cup of tea or coffee. Stores are also very close, including the Metro station. The hotel staff was very polite and customer service oriented. Amenities were appropriate for the value.
