Quality accommodations close to historic sites, shops, and attractions
NH Grand Place Arenberg offers an ideal location in the historic and commercial center of Brussels. The famous Grand Place and the central rail station, with local and international lines, are less than half a mile (800 meters) from the hotel. The Parc de Bruxelles (Waranderpark) with the Royal Palace and the museum of Belgium's master of surrealism, Rene Magritte, are 10 minutes away. Bicycle rental is available.

ok hotel but some of the staff are rude
the a/c did not work. after send a tech and not repairing it the hotel got very rude. blaming me for not letting them know earlier and there was nothing they could do since they were holding rooms for guests that have not arrived. after some arguments and him pointing his finger at me and being the rudest person on my trip they finally changed my room. if you have another choice don't bother with this place.

Very good location and modern
Very good location and modern rooms but for the 3 days of my stay I was not able to have a hot shower given that the water was almost cold! An the temperature was -5C outside. The reception said that they were aware of the problem and that technician would come and fix it but nothing happened while I was there. In terms of cleanliness, I had a bed sheet with several (coffee) stains (!!) and while cleaning was very superficial and rushed.

Mixed feelings. The first room we were assigned was unacceptable. TINY bathroom with a ridiculously small and un-tidy shower. Thankfully, we asked for a room with a bathtub and were given a much much larger room with a seperate bath/shower and toilet room for no extra charge. So there's a tip for you -ask for a room with a bathtub! Other than that, the room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choices and the location was about a five minute walk from the main roads and attractions. Friendly Staff!

Good location, good price
The hotel has a good location. It's about 5 minutes walking to Grand Place, and 10 minutes from the Brussels Central train station. Room was clean, modernly furnished, and had AC. Pretty much what you would expect from the NH chain of hotels.
