Nice average hotel. Single room
Nice average hotel. Single room at 140 euro is acceptable. 25 euro for a poor (mostly not-coocked) breakfast is far too steep. Can't remember when I last saw a TV which is not flat screen...Also, if you want to watch TV you have to leave the cabinet open, and you can't walk around...Smashing location!

Well placed in Brussels and provides reasonable service for business travellers. wi-fi in room is pricey but business centre provides free internet.

Great location that nobody knows
I was there on business and had stayed only for a night. Tricky, but great location: Cab drivers didn't know about the location. The map and the directions on the hotel's website didn't help either. The directions were way too simple, but the location was quite tricky. Otherwise the location was great. It is walking distance to business centers and the grand square. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around it which all looked decent. Room service was slow and order was delivered wrong: I ordered room service and was told that it would take them 20 minutes to deliver. 45 minutes later, I had to call again to remind them of my order. They had completely forgot about it. The food arrived immediately after, but this time the order was wrong. I didn't bother to change it at the time, because it was too late already and I was way too hungry to wait any longer. Dusty floors: The floor was not carpeted and as I walked barefoot, my feet picked up a lot of dirt from the floor. Missing amenities: There was no conditioner in the bathroom. I hate to realize it missing when I'm already in the shower. Fast check-in and out: It took me less than a minute to get in and out. Nice and quiet rooms: Decoration was nice and set up was functional. The rooms were absolutely quiet. Beds were comfortable and the wool blankets were cozy.

competent but not very friendly
Room was big, very clean. TV was outdated. Internet was available in business room. even though the room was very expensive, breakfast was not included and was outrageously expensive. The location was great, right next to the museum. It was a bit of a walk to the big city square.

Hôtel très bien situé en position
Hôtel très bien situé en position centrale et proche des musées. Chambre spacieuse. Très bon rapport qualité prix ( si l'on ne prend pas le petit déjeuner). Idéal pour une halte touristique.

Très bon emplacement et service concierge sans reproche (parking - conseil restaurant)... parquet dans les chambres... à conseiller, tant pour un séjour d'affaire que pour un séjour tourisme...
