The hotels bar-brasserie, Chez Louise, offers a casual atmosphere looking out on the busy streets of Brussels. Open for lunch and dinner, the kitchen serves traditional Belgian and international dishes. Hotel also have a multi-purpose room for groups of up to around 100 people, and another meeting room for up to 30 people.
You may park directly at the hotel (fee required). If you need help getting around Brussels, just ask hotel reception staff, who will be pleased to provide the information you need to find your way.

I know I should have read better, but I read that the was an internet service in the room, and in fact there was, but I had to pay for it... In many other hotel the internet in the room was for free, so I was surprised. All the other aspects were very good, just a bit of a cue at the reception when I was checking out, could that be avoided?

Great hotel.
Hotel is located near the metro station. You can go from the airport to the hotel using the metro. (just exit Louis) Takes two tranfers. Don't pay taxi 40 euros when metro cost less than 2 euros. The hotel is in a great area, but not in the main city. According to a local, it's like having a hotel in beverly hills. Very clean. Supermarket near by. Great price ($60 US per day).

Reception understaffed. As in
Reception understaffed. As in many hotels in Brussels - by the way, capital of Belgium - you have to be very lucky to find someone at the reception speaking Dutch - by the way, most spoken language in Belgium. At the restaurant, during breakfast, very loud and indiscreet personel, arguing about internal problems. Level of one of the popular "brown cafés" of Brussels, not of a 4 star hotel. Avoid the rooms on the front of the hotel, the Chaussée de Charleroi beeing VERY loud.

Very nice hotel. Very large and spacious for european hotel. comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

El hotel está ubicado a 20 minutes
El hotel está ubicado a 20 minutes a pie de la estación central, en una zona muy tranquila y elegante. Hay tiendas de moda y restorancitos cerca. El desayuno nos pareció un poco caro, 15 euros por persona. Es posible optar por la fórmula sin desayuno. Muy buena atención en la recepción. Internet wifi gratis por 30 minutos en el lobby del hotel.
