hotel was in a poor state of repair.
hotel was in a poor state of repair. the lift would not take more than one person and felt unsafe so you had to walk up three flights of stairs. TV was almost coming off the wall and didn't work. tap in the bathroom leaked everywhere, and there were large holes under the shower tray. No Wifi in the room and didn't want to try it in reception as it didn't feel safe down there. No customer service. Was happy to get out of there !

Une nuit de cauchemar inoubliable....
Personnelle non professionnelle. pas de Bonjour, ni un accueille normal, pas d'Internet, ni des conseilles sur le quartier ni sur l'Hôtel, Petite chambre salle qui sentir la cigarette!!!! Trop des bruit du 6H00 matin, Une vrai nuit de cauchemar INOUBLIABLE!!!!! pas de petite déjeuner après 9H30!!!!

très très passable
chambre petite, propreté discutable ( coton tige a coté de la poubelle !!!) je ne conseil pas cet hotel, juste le prix, mais pour quelques euros de plus, c'est la propreté et un peu plus d'espace.

il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude
il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude le soir le wifi marche très mal difficile à trouver sans aide (plan insuffisant) très loin du centre

Points qui déservent cet hôtel
Points qui déservent cet hôtel : quartier pau attirant, parties communes de l'hôtel qui auraient besoin d'être totalement revues pour correspondre à des normes de sécurité (escaliers, ascenseur). insigne atout:le prix pour Bruxelles, accessible facilement avec transports en commun, personnel serviable. Rapport qualité prix très moyen de mon point de vue.

pour le prix, c'est un hotel un
pour le prix, c'est un hotel un peu cher, très bruyant et assez mal situé; accueil au lance pierre, communs un peu crades, seule bonne note, les lits sont bons.
