The 4 star Floris Louise Hotel is located in a quiet alley just off the famous Avenue Louise (Brussel's Champs-lyses). The beautiful avenue, named after Princess Louise-Marie, presents many worldwide famous brand stores, boutique shops and exclusive, well known restaurants. An exciting five minute walk from the hotel will take you to the Sablon, Brussels' Antique center, magnificent flea market area and the Marolles, one of the city's beautiful ancient districts, full of small delicious restaurants, cafs, bars, designer furniture stores, book shops and art galleries. Also within walking distance from the hotel are the scenic King's Gardens and Palace, the Law Courts of Brussels and the Bois de la Cambre, one of Europe's largest parks, in which you may enjoy beautiful ponds, restaurants, cafs and children's attractions. CHAMBRE 504 A EVITER A TOUT PRIX

Je viens de passer une nuit dans cet établissement, plus précisément dans la chambre 504 que je déconseille vivement. Cette chambre est situé au dernier étage, juste à côté de 3 gros blocs moteurs de climatisation, qui tournent bien sûr jour et nuit. La nuit, cela devient quasiment de la torture auditive. Lorsque j'ai voulu en parler à la réception à mon départ, la personne était en grande conversation avec 2 autres collègues et ne m'écoutait ni ne me regardait. Il était plus qu'évidement que sa conversation privée était plus importante que moi simple cliente. Bref, ce séjour à l'hôtel USTEL fut le premier et également le dernier pour moi

rien a voir avec un 4 étoiles

l'hotel n'a rien a voir à ce qu'est vraiment un vrai 4 étoiles, moisissure dans la s-d-b, les fenêtres trés trés sales, impossible de fermer les rideaux obliger de mettre une pince a cheveux pour ne pas être réveillé au lever du soleil, le petit déjeuner est vrai juste pain au chocolat datant de la veille. Je ne suis pas prête à y retourner, je ne vous le conseil pas.

Tromperie dans les étoiles

L'hotel ne vaut pas plus que 2 étoiles, très loin des 4 étoiles annoncées! La salle de bains est une marche plus bas et pas du tout signalée. Un vrai piège!! Le garage est en face de l'hotel mais pour y entrer, même à pied, il faut demander au consierge d'ouvrir la porte!

La chambre n'avait d'"executive"

La chambre n'avait d'"executive" que le nom: lit single alors que payé pour lit "queen size". Moquette maculée de taches. TV défectueuse. Chauffage insuffisant. Sanitaires crasseux. Mini-bar sous clef. Pas une seule prise de courant disponible pour brancher un laptop. Seul le petit déjeuner (continental) était passable. Adresse à éviter .
