Great Stay

The hotel location was great, walking distance to many sites like the Grand Place. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and they had a good knowledge of the local area. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the only negative thing I can think of was that the bath towels seemed pretty cheap for such a nice hotel. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the Marriott to others.

Superb Experience!

The trip to Brussels was near perfect (weather a bit cool the first day). The Marriott was centrally located and all the old city venues were within walking distance. And there was an annual free jazz festival at several locations including the Grand Place with a big sound stage. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants, including many Asian restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese) and many traditional european restaurants. Many people speak english. I advise staying in the Grand Place locale if possible.

The average Hotel which worth

The average Hotel which worth stay at if you want to be close to city center. Charge 15 euro per hour for internet which I found too much (it should be free indeed). Good for money (300 US fo 3 nights) but will not remember anything special. Breakfast comes from 18 euro.

Excellent location

The Marriot was pretty much the best thing about our trip to Brussels. Didn't like the city much. I prefer smaller towns. The Museum of Music was wonderful as was the Grand Place. If I were to recommend this city, I would tell people not to stay more than a day.
