Luxury 5-star boutique hotel, convenient for exploring the city

Smelled like chicken
Was very disappointed. Location did seem a little dangerous as it appeared that we were followed upon trying to use a broken ATM. The telephone in the room did not work. [...] And the room quite literally smelled like a cold chicken sandwich. And not in a good way.
