The location is outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There was a feeling of generosity that pervaded the whole experience - including the buffet breakfast. We had a wonderful view from our window and overall a pleasing stay at this hotel.

Phew I should have known better.
Phew I should have known better. Normally I dont stay with this brand but the word Premier hoodwinked me. The place is well located but the attitude, facilities leave a lot to be desired. Also the rooms facing onto the square are very noisy and dangerous in that they open wide. Not good for kids. The staff dont make the beds everyday either. Stay well clear. More Western than Premier!

Very easy access from central station. Room was overlooking square. Spatious room, nice design. Bath was a little cold.

Muy céntrico ( andando se llega a la Grand Place en un minuto más o menos); muy limpio; habitación grande; buen servicio de habitaciones; desayuno buffet variado y correcto, bastante bueno. Repetiría sin vacilar.

The location off course is excellent
The location off course is excellent for sight seeing... the luggage storing room is very safe , we even get a receipt. for the rate everything was alright, but not perfect, f.e. shower curtain should be changed soon, breakfast included but we can not expect to much. the bed was big, but the matrace quite soft... the hotel seems often used by travel groups, so if you want to have a very private an calm stay better select another.

Hôtel très bien situé entre les Galeries Royales et la Grand'Place. Parking public juste sous la Place du Marché, accès piéton par ascenseur à deux pas de l'entrée de l'hôtel. En revanche, et c'est bien dommage, odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain et aussi dans les parties communes de l'hôtel... on s'y habitue tout de même ! Taille de la chambre et literie acceptable. Petit déjeuner copieux. OK pour un weekend à Bruxelles.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, das Executive-Zimmer noch dazu sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum regulären Preis leider nicht erschwinglich.
