Heritage Hotel

I thought the hotel was great, but because it was so expensive, I expected it to be even greater. I felt I was being nickled and dimed....internet access was at a fee, breakfast was not included and was 19 eurs. You could rent a bike from the hotel but mine was unsafe as the brakes didn't work, and I explained that when I came back, and maybe a bit of language barrier, but I didn't get the feeling they would fix it. I thought my room a bit small (again only for the price!) as was my shower. No tub, which I usually enjoy. Still, staff was great and location remarkable. Bruges is so small, however, think if you stay anywhere there practically, you will be close to action.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Rent a bike. It is beautiful there and a great and easy way to get around. It's flat.

Wonderful Suprise...best hotel on our 2 week trip

This hotel has it all... Great location as its just a few steps off the main square on a very quiet street. Helpful staff. Beautiful, old, charming ambiance but comfortably updated with modern amenities. Comfortable bed, free wifi, iPad in room, lots of electrical outlets for charging, large bathroom, lots of hot water & great water pressure in the shower, double sinks, spacious room. In short, lots of modern/comfortable upgrades in a historic building. Would definitely stay there again.
