Leonardo Hotel Bruges

Car needed as it's close to the Motorway. Initially a requested cotbed was not in the room but was provided after asking. For the price it was good value for money.

hotel Leonardo was once OK. But needs a complete upgrade from carpets to beds and towels. Everything was either dirty (pool and carpets) or old (beds). The beer and food was good and the staff nice. Maybe after a good overhaul I'd go back.

Plenty of parking. Surrounded by woods. 10 minute drive to Bruges center. Must have a car.

we used the hotel as a sleeping base for 1 night only, no handicap facilities in the room made life more challenge. stayd at hotel 05/23/11 left 05/24/11

Our first stay was excellent and the cot we ordered was in our room ready for our baby, with clean bed linen and the whole room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. We were grateful for this as we were returning 3 nights later. Sadly our return was marred by the lack of a cot in our room, despite me checking our second reservation before leaving after the first stay. I had to ask four times for the cot to be put in our room, on the last occasion I was asked if he could sleep on the 'sofa bed', I was upset as I did not want to risk my 15 month old baby's safety! It was such a shame as when I did get the cot I was left to put the linen on. It was a lovely place to stay at a reasonable price, but I would hesitate to return for that reason. I did leave my comments at the hotel, but they were never responded to.

Good clean hotel with all the facilities expected, however you do need a car to get into the city itself. Although the staff are very helpful providing directions and advising on where to park.

great hotel a little further out from brugge than we thought but still for the price was ok. Would defo go back again when in brugge as was great for adults aswell as young kids, staff were all very helpfull and polite at all times, food and drink was good and decent price when you consider the prices in centre of brugge, all in all great stay and good clean and tidy hotel that would defo recomend for familys.

This was a very nice facility that tried hard and let it show. Friendly, helpful, clean, modern, diverse, attractive---these modifiers apply. I did not appreciate housekeeping opening my latched room twice within 12 minutes about 9 a.m. Inexcusable, though I had not displayed the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Rain kept the pool from being enjoyed, though it looked very nice, as did the accompanying outdoor assets. Borders a cow field, with the highway visible if sought. Bruges is a must-see destination, by the way. Wifi but not free lobby internet.

For a family room it was small and inconvenient.

Only minutes away from Downtown. Parked downtown for only 7 Euro. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We made a very good choice staying here. I would reccomend for all travelers!!
