Amazing location next to Lake of Love. Room cleaned and fresh towels offered daily. Car park bit of tight squeeze and English breakfast poor. Continental breakfast, fruit, toast and cereal choices fab. Would defo recommend and next to best bar and restaurants in bruges. We would return.

Good location, BUT way short of 4 stars!
The location is excellent, within 3 minutes of the Market Place, the center of all that is Brugge. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However, the pitfalls are glaring for a 4-star hotel by word standards: it was hard to sleep at night when you could hear people pounding away upstairs and in the hallway when they move; it was even annoying when the WiFi crawled at a snail's pace, going back to the days when you dialed up a modem at 300-baud rate! The hotel staff claimed they could not do much, because Brugge is a medieval city! Indeed, in may respects the hotels seemed to cherish the idea. I would not recommend this hotel to tourists used to modern amenities.

Great spot to stay in Bruges
We usually use a hotel as a crash place to spend the night(s) on a town. This hotel is a great value for the money. Perfect location near the railway station (Can also park your car there for e 3.50 . It has parking though as well. Large room, comfortable bed. Clean large bathroom. Can't go wrong.

Great friendly and informative staff. Cute little bar area serving small range of Belgium Beers. Excellent buffet style breakfast to suit alll tastes.

Room was typical small single,
Room was typical small single, but bathroom was enormous. Great lobby bar. Fantastic location, right next to a sqaure with many restaurants and bars, and the city brewery.
