Not very good
We have recently stayed at your hotel and were initially pleased but sadly by the end of our stay was very unhappy! It is NOT a 4 star hotel as claimed, on a par with Travel Lodge in the UK which at best are 2 star cheap stay-over hotels. Your Prices for 3 nights varied from £130-£400! So we shopped about for best deal on internet. There is no mention anywhere that its €9 a day parking irrespective of your car being in car park! We were only notified at the hotel reception. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms (coffee in bar €4.50) I can honestly say in all the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed….there has always been tea/coffee making facility in the rooms for free. Breakfast prices seemed to very depending who was asked? Initially told €14 then told €17…..decided not to eat breakfast in hotel as if you cant get the price right, what chance does the food have? Our complimentary mineral water in rooms was actually €4.50 a bottle! Strangely though, the same mineral water sold at reception was €2.50, why? Nowhere in the room does it say we have to pay for the water. Receptionist claimed there was…..we checked-there wasn’t. The first day we were there in the afternoon we went to the bar for a snack and was told the chef hadn’t turned up! Rudy went into the kitchen to make us something himself! The following day the Restaurant totally shut randomly without any notice, we booked an evening meal (Reindeer special), turned up at 7.30pm and bar and restaurant locked up! When we asked why? Was told, it’s not worth opening! I’m Sorry but that’s Not acceptable! A member of your staff (again, Rudy, who was very helpful throughout our visit), out of sheer embarrassment recommended a restaurant we could go to as the hotel was shut, and we were stood there like lemons in our best clothes and nowhere to go. You should give Rudy a promotion; he’s the only one who is bothered about customer satisfaction. The hotel is Miles from nowhere, generally unhelpful staff (except Rudy) and very disappointing.

Disappointing in Many Respects
This hotel falls short of its 4* status in most areas except prices! It is a pleasant, out of town, modern hotel similar to the artist's impression shown, but in no way luxurious. It is clean, warm, comfortable but a bit impersonal . There is free WiFi and a sauna and gym . It is away from the city centre, not far from the hospital, in a quiet and ruralised location ( there is a field with sheep ). A discounted taxi service can be used . Bottled water left in the room is NOT complimentary, as you find when paying your bill, but complain if there was no indication. Minibar is also expensive to use . There were no tea/coffee making facilities, nor a pillow menu. Secure car parking charged for. ( Surely all these are to be expected in 4* accommodation? ). 'Facial' tissues in the bathroom were in fact loose leaf toilet tissue. The restaurant serves good food at a high price, but closed without notice while we were there. Even staff could not say why. Luckily we were directed to a local bistro round the corner which was excellent ( towards Centre, 2nd R at first roundabout ) Baristro le Staff. On the whole, it was good value accommodation, and we would use it again. The art work is interesting and brightens the place up.

Very poor
Not a 4 star hotel! On a par with Travel lodge UK.Miles from anywhere, €9 car park a day....irrespective of you being parked there. complimentary bottle of water is actually €4:50 and NO tea and coffee facilities in room at all. Very expensive in hotel....although we booked a meal in resteraunt one evening only to turn up and find resteraunt/bar doors locked. When asked why? Told.....not worth opening! Disgraceful.......!

at first, we got lost. we cant find the hotel. and we came on holiday so their are no people around to ask. and some people don't know the hotel. but when you find the hotel, the hotel itself is so beautiful. theres a farm, play grounds and gardens around it, it will relax you. people bikes around it. the facilities are great, they have a gym and sauna for free use, but the downside is, their is no tv in the room. but im ok with it, because wifi internet is accessible to the room.

Excellent Hotel! Although this
Excellent Hotel! Although this hotel is a bit out of the heart of Brugge, they offer a taxi service from the hotel to the city centre for just 7Euro, which was very easy and affordable. Comfy beds, clean hotel, and great Tapas bar!

I thought the hotel was lovely. We didn't eat there as I thought the food was expensive. if I was going to criticise it would be the poor quality of the pillows. The should have been feather!

Good Hotel
The Hotel was very well kept and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was the location - it was quite a long walk to the town centre. We spent a lot of money on Taxis. The breakfast was overpriced and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

This hotel is outside the Bruges
This hotel is outside the Bruges ringroad and is thus not very convenient as public transport isnt that quick to the centre. It is situated by an industrial estate and so apart from the hotel there is very little else.No pubs restaurants etc. breakfast isnt included and at €17.50 is way overpriced parking is another €9.I wouldnt use this hotel again as there are many more closer to the centre of Bruges.

A bit remote but whyen driving
A bit remote but whyen driving the car up to a place called De Ezelspoort where a Parking of GB Supermarket is it is only 600 meters walking to the heart of town. Breakfast is good but when it is too busy things run out and are not replaced in time as the waiting staff hardly ever checks the supplies. This has to be done by the cooks which does not work too well. Ckeck in staff is very friendly and helpfull. I would stay here again.
