- From the Central Railway Station: Outside the Central Railway Station, follow "De Keyserlei" (Shopping street). Take a left at the second traffic lights. At the next traffic lights, again take a left and in about a 100m you will see the Leopold Hotel Antwerp on your left side. From the Antwerp Ring: Take exit n° 3 Borgerhout go left over the Plantin & Moretuslei till you arrive at Antwerp Central Park go right onto the Quinten Matsijslei. The Hotel is situated at No. 25, across the Central Park. Nice Quiet Hotel
The Leopold is a bit away from the main drag but still a short walk to shopping, museums, and the train station and other transport. I think it's a good place to chill after a day of tourism or work... Oh the breakfasts are good; try to get a rate with breakfast rolled in.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
Partake of the marvelous train system in Europe. It is an inexpensive and comfortable way to move between cities. I suggest spending a little extra and ride first class. While in Antwerp, you must dine at a little bistro called Chez Fred. No kidding, that's the name of the restaurant. Great food and ask for [...]. She is delightful.

Quite nice ,good location, good price
Excellent location. Very efficient, helpful and cordial staff, accommodating and very friendly. It would be better if they had a mini bar-refrigerater in the room.

The hotel is well placed, just
The hotel is well placed, just a short 10 minute walk from the central shopping district and old town. The diamond quarter is closer by, with the train station within 5 minutes walk. there was no air-con on our entire floor during the stay, which was never conveyed to us at any point. Unfortunate as it was a hot one!

Handy to the Diamond District of Antwerp
As we exited the Antwerp train station to look for a cab, the driver told us we could easily walk to our hotel in a few minutes and declined to take us. We spent the next half-hour hauling luggage while looking for the hotel, which no one seemed to know about. The hotel is handy to the diamond district but a long ways (over a mile) from the historic part of the city. Although the hotel did offer a continental breakfast, we had to walk five or six blocks to find a full-service restaurant for dinner. The better restaurants are in the historic area, which is even further. Our first room faced a noisy street. The hotel moved us the next morning due to a maintenance problem in the room above us. That room faced an alley which was significantly quieter. The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel does face a nice park, but we didn't have time to check it out.
