Perfect location
The hotel is right across the street from Central station, so it is very easy to find. The bus to the airport also stops right in front of the hotel making getting home that much easier. It was a bit of a walk to the historic sights but not bad. The hotel itself was very nice. Very helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
If you have a taste for wonderful beer, there is a pub just down the street called Bier Central. They have over 300 different beers to choose from. It's like heaven.

Did barely the job
I was there only for 1 night. If staff was OK, the single-bed room for 1 person was small. You have to slalom between main door, sink and bed to go on the other side of the room. I believe I got unlucky with neighbors talking all night long. Internet is extra or accessible to downstairs computers, not convenient. Breakfast is pricey, better use the train station Starbuck across the plaza. Conveniently located by Central train station. Overall, could be a bit more classy at that price.

Leonardo Hotel Antwerp
This hotel had a great location. It was right outside the Atwerp Central Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The one thing that should have been included is breakfast. But overall it was a pretty good stay.

Bit of a spinal tap maze to find room
Good bits: Clean, excellent central location and just across the road from the central railway station and the service was good. Not so good bits: Our room located on the second floor involved a long walk through narrow corridors followed by stairs and then more corridors and then around another corner and some more corners, more corridors and up more dark stairs...yes we were half expecting a prize for completing this maze or for finding the room!! After completing the maze we found a compact room facing an inner courtyard that was adequately furnished (no complimentary kettle/tea/coffee) and the sliding door to the very small bathroom made a very loud squeaking noise (not good late at night). A request for a better room unfortunately didn't result in an upgrade. Apart from that overall it was ok, but if you're expecting the standards of the bigger chains then this falls below them. No doubt a bigger room in this hotel with a balcony would provide a different experience.

Great central location
We were almost sad we were only staying 1 night in Antwerp, but we were in town for a concert and moving on to another city the next day. I'd highly recommend the Leonardo. Fantastic, clean, comfortable room, super-friendly English speaking staff and literally across the road from the beautiful central station. And local public transport is just around the corner. If you're travelling by train to Antwerp, you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. The ONLY thing that was missing was free internet access. Access was available, but you had to pay for it. It wasn't worth it for a one night stay. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Good Location for Train and Bus
Very convenient location if travelling through Antwerp to other destinations. Express bus from Brussels Airport drops you off literally at door of hotel. Antwerps beautiful train station directly across from Hotel. Many good restaurants within stones throw from hotel. Staff cheerful and helpful. Our room faced street, not Courtyard and many local bars and was a bit noisy well into early a.m. Was very tired and it did not bother us.

The Hotel Car Park is impossibly
The Hotel Car Park is impossibly small and cramped. The Reception staff, while helpful, were incompetent, and allocated me a non-smoking room after assuring me that it was a smoking room. When the room was changed, Ite only available was a twin-bed configuration, when I had booked a double room rather than a single so that i could sleep in a decent-sized bed. The advertised mini-bar was present, but empty. I was informed that i could buy drinks at reception and keep them cold in the mini-bar. The room also contained no folder or information either about the hotel's services or about the city. Overall, not at all impressive, and I cannot recommend this to any future guests.

Our room was starting to look
Our room was starting to look a little bit tired, but the public areas were all very smart and the breakfast buffets were absolutely excellent.
