The hotel is the only hotel in town that can cater for Kosher food and has separate kitchen and works closely with Israel embassy. 0109SC The modern white block building, typical of post-Soviet days, is unremarkable. The hotel is approximately 10 min drive from the city centre, in a residential area.

The rooms are very clean and in good condition and of generous size. These very light and bright rooms have pleasant pine furniture and light floral furnishings, curtains and bed covers. Beige tiled bathrooms are tidy.

Hôtel bruyant

Après un séjour dans cet hôtel assez long, constater un gros défaut d'insonorisation comme dans la plupart des hôtels russes, avec la proximité d'un carrefour très fréquenté juste à côté. Le bruit est très présent dans les chambres. Quant à la nourriture au restaurant, les plats ne sont pas dignes d'un 3 étoiles. Hôtel très moyen et trop cher pour ces conditions d'hébergement. Rien à dire pour le personnel, très sérieux.
