Worse Hotel Ever!!!!!
Divi advertise they have wireless internet. Not so, it comes and goes, barely. The signal is so weak you can barely connect to the internet and when you did it was no more that a minute or two. I had to leave every morning to go to my friend's house for wireless internet. They charge a hidden energy surcharge for every night. The first room was discussing and the second room (because they tried to move me for stronger WiFi) was barely better. This hotel is terrible. I do not recommend going there.

What a shame
[...] The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and repairs - it's a shame as inexpensive quick fixes could make a big difference. Towels were a rare commodity. The staff was friendly and Barbados is great.

You get what you pay for, the place was decent, not a 5 star hotel but not a 1. I went with some friends to have a good time, the hotel served as a good "base camp", and it served well. Beautiful snorkeling about 500 ft to the north of the hotel.

Not a very good Resort
For two days no housekeeping due to housekeeper sick and day off. Was also told was low season. Rooms very tacky and in bad need of refurbishing. No amenities on property(pool, restaurant) On a scale of 1 to 10 this property would rate a 3 or perhaps 4 due to very helpful staff. I would not recommend this property nor would I stay here again.

Great Rooms, Good Access to Beach
My only beef is the cable-TV service. The remote was broken. I asked for a replacement--and got another bad remote--after almost a day of complaining and going to the reception desk to complain. The cable service was very infrequent--night time was the worst. The screen simply had a life and temperament of its own--flickering on and off. I was particularly upset about the cable service because I had to remain indoors for over 2 days--American Airlines did not have my luggage, so I was still in my travel clothes (winter clothes!!!) half way through my stay. The hotel staff was professional, courteous and kind. They actually bought a shirt for me to wear in Barbados pending the arrival of my luggage.

Excellent adult accomodation
My husband and I and our son and daughter in law stayed here for a week. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff cannot do enough to help you. Usually the resort can use the facilities at the Almond, however the Almond was closed for renovations, but all in all we had an excellent week. Heritage is very central for restaurants, beaches and easy accessiblity to Bridgetown.

Great Beach for Snorkeling
The hotel was in a wonderful location. There was a small store across the street that carried the basics for food and drinks and a larger grocery store a couple of blocks away. There were duty free shops as well as a couple of local clothes/jewelry stores across the street as well as a couple of blocks away. There were restaurants close by and you can catch a bus to almost anywhere right in front of the hotel. The room was very large and comfortable and the view was beautiful. But the best part for us was the incredible snorkeling right in front of the hotel. The beach has a lot of coral and you can see an enormous amount of fish when you are only knee deep in the water. Plus there is a wreck very close to the beach that is about 20-40 deep. So you may be able to see the top of the wreck by just swimming down to it. If you prefer the sandy beaches, they are within close walking distance. If you are looking for the local markets that sell fresh fruits and vegetables, I was told (the day before we left) that they are in Speightown - one town up and a short bus ride away. If you do any of the touristy things, be sure to do a full day tour of the island. It is well worth it! This was our first trip, but not our last and we would stay at Divi Heritage again.
