The Savannah hotel was built as a plantation house in the 1800's and a new wing was added in 2001. Many guest rooms feature fun tropical colors, while others evoke the stately grandeur of a bygone era. Located in the historic house, standard rooms overlook the courtyard and gardens and offer one king or one queen bed. For upgraded amenities in the new wing of the hotel, choose a deluxe room or suite overlooking the beach, pool or gardens. Each offers a spacious balcony or patio. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, coffee maker, refrigerator and satellite TV are standard in each room.
The Spa at the Savannah hotel offers manicures, pedicures, massages and facials for both women and men.

My review of The Savannah

The Savannah Hotel Christ Church,Barbados prove to be a very relaxing experience. The staff was very courteous at all times. The menu was well diversified whether eating at the pool bar or formal dining area. It's close proximity to downtown area is a big plus for either dining or shopping. The room was very stylish (Victorian) and comfortable. The adjoining balcony was comfortable, providing very nice views of hotel quarters & the beach. The beach itself was very accessible; unlike what stated in a review I read prior to my visit. I would not hesitate to return there again, upon a return visit.
