The dining area is in the patio. There are lots of birds and they come to eat from the spoons and spillovers!! The staff use the same spoon to mix food items!! I didn't eat anything from the buffet. I ate only those items like yogurts and
straight from kitchen. Bird poops were present on the chairs. Apart from that hotel is good. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. If you like nice scenery and sun bathing, this is a good choice.
the treasure beach hotel is a great place to saty for couples ,not sure about children, apart from the beach and other facilities there ,im not sure its for children....the accomodation is great..you have a separate living area ,bedroom and
bathroom,(with separate shower and bath)..maid service twice a day .it has a nice living area which doubles as kitchen ..its a nice place to relax with a drink in the evening .the only problem i had is with the restuarant ,dont get me wrong there is nothing wrong with is ,but boy is it expensive for what you get,.i didnt have the food plan ,so im not sure if that would be value for money or not .also there is a dress code for the restuarant after 7.30pm (long dress pants and shirt with colar)..i personally want to come on vacation to relax ,since i wear suits all week for work that didnt go down to well with me ....what we ended up doing is to go into Holetown pick up some supplies and make sandwiches etc for the day and go into town in the evening for drinks and food. beware that barbados is expensive anyway or at least seems that way to me ,but good budgeting you should have a wonderful holiday/vaction in the treasure beach hotel and barbados .
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
use the local bus service to go into Holetown or Bridgetown...only bd$1.50 each way ,a lot cheaper than taxi fare
