This resort sits on an untouched 4300 acre island preserve with three beaches and a marina on site.
Points of interest nearby are the Island School, Schooner Cays, Rock Sound, and Mission House. Enjoy a shared walkway to the nearby beach, marina, and the Bahama Coffee Company, Deli and Bakery. The marina has over 50 slips and 10 moorings. The three beaches include cabanas and lounge chairs.
An onsite dive shop offers gear rental, lessons (including the PADI course), and dive excursions. Barracuda Water Bike, Hobie Cat, and other sail boats are available with snorkel, masks, and fins for rent. The resort also offers beach volleyball, badminton, tetherball, horseshoes, bicycles, golf carts, day and overnight excursions, boutique retail shopping, grocery items, local arts and crafts, books and magazines, a DVD library and book exchange, coin laundry and laundry service, a business center, and complimentary use of ocean paddle boats, floating water hammocks, and sun rafts.
It features expansive balconies and patios built among tropical flowering gardens and offering vistas overlooking the marina, Rock Sound, and Exumas Sound. These two-bedroom split-level homes offer fully equipped kitchens, dining rooms, and spacious living rooms with queen sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs, DVD/CD players, and wireless Internet access. Enjoy the large wrap around patio deck, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, outdoor dining on the deck & BBQ grille. This home is unique and one of the original homes built on Cape. Footsteps from daily dining. 4 persons max.
- Sunset Beach House
- Located Oceanfront on Sunset Beach within the 4300 private beach preserve of Cape Eleuthera. This sea-side level three bedroom home is directly situated on the beach featuring spectacular ocean views. Amenities include a King size master bedroom, 2 double beds & 2 bunk beds great for children. There are two full bathrooms with showers. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, outdoor dining & BBQ grille. This home is unique and one of the original homes built on Cape. Footsteps from daily dining. 8 persons max.

Beautiful Location
Our family enjoyed the crystal clear blue oceans with secluded beaches easily accessed from our immaculately decorated town home. We essentially had the beaches to ourselves. Reef fishing is superb and within a mile of the resort. Beware that the location is VERY remote on one of the unspoiled out islands of the Bahamas. No shopping, glitzy restaurants, etc. (But that's not why we came).

The town homes are equipped with full kitchen. Plan to stop at The Market in Rock Sound on your way down to stock up on food for breakfast and lunch or dinner as well. Though the Coffee Shop (only place to eat at the resort) is very good with friendly and personal service, the prices are steep and will quickly run up your costs.
