The Comfort Suites Paradise Island hotel is an all-suite hotel on beautiful Paradise Island. An average hotel in a great location
This is a fine place to stay if you are not spending a lot of time in your room. It's a great way to have all the amenities of Atlantis - it's an easy walk next door. The people were very nice and the service was good. The breakfast included is excellent, a good way to save a little money when all other food on Paradise Island is so spendy. It was our second stay here but next time we'd try Atlantis. Our bathroom had a damp, musty odor.

Family Vacation
The hotel was what was expected. Average, but clean. The staff however, for the most, was extremely unfriendly and uninterested in their duties. The only upside to the hotel is it's location to the Atlantis. Otherwise you get what you pay for. The room was adequate and relatively clean. The pool was cloudy and after spending days in crystal clear water at Atlantis and the ocean we never used it.

good for the price
Comfort suites was good for the price. We had some issues at first, like refrigerator didn't work and had problems with the safe. They replaced the frig that day and the safe the following day. It was fully booked so they were very busy. The breakfast is a great deal considering what you pay for food on the island.

The not so exciting gateaway !!!
[...] We did not get the room we requested and ask to be wait listed for the room if availabilty comes up. Other than that, the staff were friendly and was able to help print our boarding passes.

Good Location
The hotel location can not be beat and they are right across the street access to Atlantis resort. No problem from the Atlantis resort with the CS access card. The hotel rooms are like any hotel rooms, nothing special. The rooms were clean but a little musky (90% humidity almost everyday). The resort is smaller and was very quite. Good value compared to the Atlantis. The trip was very nice, but be prepared to pay double for all food and beverages.

Comfort Suites, Paradise Island
The hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable, we only ate breakfast and slept there, my son went to the camp at the Atlantis, where he swam, met dolphins and just generally had a good time. We stayed there before and I likesd it more last time. Next time I will try and stay at the Atlantis itself.

COMFY HOTEL, ATLANTIS DIDNT LIKE
HOTEL WAS AVERAGE FOR COST, BED AWSOME,SHOWER AWSOME,NOT ENOUGH CHOICES FOR RESTURANTS, HAD TO WALK 20 MINUTES OR SO TO FIND RESTURANTS, DIDNT LIKE ATLANTIS WALKED IN WALKED OUT, WOULD NOT RETURN TO PARADISE ISLAND, PEOPLE AMAZING, HAVE TO STAY ON BEACH NEXT TIME THOUGHT HOTEL WOULD BE CLOSER TO OCEAN WOULD NOT RETURN TO THIS ISLAND AGAIN FELT STRANDED

CK TOURS DESK WHEN YOU ARRIVE I WAITED ONE DAY AND THAT USED UP ONE DAY, YOU CAN GET 3 DAYS OF PACKAGE LIKE ONE DAY OF SIGHTSEEING, ONE DAY ON AN ISLAND, AND ONE DAY OF A DINNER CRUISE, YOU NORMALLY WOULD PAY ABOUT 80$ EACH HOWEVER IF BOOKED TOGETHER YOU WOULD GET FOR 140$ WHICH IS A BIG SAVINGS I BOOKED 2 TRIPS AND WASNT TOLD ABOUT THE 3 TRIP SAVINGS I WISH I HAD LOOKED BETTER AND WOULD HAVE HELPED IF THE TOUR DESK HAD POINTED IT OUT ALSO

Bahama traveler
Great access to Atlantis Resort
We loved being able to use the Atlantis resort water park. However, there is a hike to get there. We also loved that we could charge everything to our room. The breakfast was the same everyday but you can pay for breakfast from the restaurant. The rooms, restrooms, and hallways could use some remodeling. Also the water pressure was terrible. In all we would recommend the hotel for the price.

The hotel does provide a fridge, you should go across the street to the shopping plaza to get sodas and water. The machine charges $2 and sometimes takes your money.

Great location!

Most of the restaurants needed advance reservations. We were not aware of this and weren't able to get into the few we had wanted to go to.
