Paradise
The hotel is located next to shopping, entertainment and the use of the Atlantis. The breakfast every morning was great. The outside pool is beautiful. A very cost effective place to stay.

Great , Affordable getaway
Nice hotel , clean rooms, breakfast buffet is fantastic. Throw in all amenities of the atlantis included and you cant beat this deal , will stay again

Very nice. Staff were very pleasant. Surcharge and Housekeeping charge was ridiculous. Will not return due to the surcharges and houskeeping charges.

Hotel OK, beware of hidden costs
My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Suites for 3 nights. Although the location was great--located right next door to Atlantis--and the fact that we had free passes into Atlantis was wonderful, we were not happy when we checked in and were told we owed another $5 per person per day housekeeping fee plus another $13.95 per person per day for energy usage. Food was very expensive on the island--a 15 percent tip is tacked on everywhere regardless of if you eat in or take out. In addition, ladies near the front desk will definitely try to push you to buy excursions when you walk by. Overall, the diving and dolphin experiences that we had were fun, however, next time we will try to be better prepared for the extra costs.

Uncomfortable suites. Stay away!
Rude front desk employees. Shower had no power. Then to add insult to injury went from cold to burning hot without warning and back to cold every usage. Hotel turned water to building off without warning one day. Extremely un-customer friendly. Food at breakfast was the same everyday. I mean everyday. Stay away.

This Hotel is amazing! Hotel and rooms are very clean! Safe is $2 a day if you choose to use it. Stay here, its the perfect location to Atlantis, the beach, and the fairy to Nassau (which is $8 round trip per person,) Ask for an upgrade. Be prepared though Atlantis is HUGE and there is a lot of walking. The water is amazing! and Aquaventure was a blast. We never waited in line for a wrist band so idk what everyone was talking about. We ate at Carmines, for the two of us it was $74, but we couldn't eat all of the food. We also at Montague Gardens, food was really good and cheap, and they pick you up and take you back to the hotel free of change. The fish fry was soooo GOOD but you have to pay the taxi ride to get there($30 round trip) , the food prices are reasonable though. We ate at Marketplace in Atlantis, DISCUSTING and really expensive. My girlfriend hated it. Marina Pizza was just OK. We used Jermaine's Taxi Service, and he was GREAT, ALWAYS ON TIME AND RELIABLE, safe and honest!

Sweet Sixteen Birthday getaway
three 16 year old girls and myself embarked on this getaway to celebrate. I am so happy that I chose this hotel! Everything was great, staff super nice, room was above what I expected (Room 354). The breakfast buffet was pretty good especially when it was included in the price of your room. The location to the Atlantis is the highlight, so close to Marina and the Casino! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Comfort Suites
The hotel is just a regular hotel w/ basic amenities but b/c it's across the street from some shops & Atlantis you'll probably only be back to the hotel to sleep because there's so much to do. The airport is 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic.

Short drive from hotel
You'll find cheaper food & souvenirs downtown; but The Marina Shops at Atlantis has Starbucks, Johnny Rockets, Ben & Jerry's and Carmine's in case you want regular American cuisine. Cabs from the airport are about $32, cabs into downtown are about $11, and this is cheaper than a water taxi. Because of the free access to Atlantis this hotel is worth it
