Great Visit to Paradise
We were so excited to go on this trip. When we arrived we found the room was the room we saw in the pictures from the web site right down to the view off the balcony. Walking around we found something new each time. The beach was wonderfull the pools (there were many to choose from) were large, clean and varied as to what you wanted to do at the pool. Kids or no Kids. We didn't know that food would be so expensive. Luckly we had extra money just in case. The adverage price for a small meal was between $30 to $50. And the evening meal was always $80 to $100. If we had known we would have purchased the meal plan. We will the next time. We did have relatives meet us for this trip. Our flights were on time, clean and very smooth. SInce my husband dosen't like travel he said that he enjoyed the trip, and was very comfortable. All in all this was a great trip. We will do this again.

Pleasant stay except for food
Hotel staff was pleasant and efficient. The only problem was that food was beyond expensive, bordering on price gouging.

Great Place......... ridiculously expensive for simple dining
What a great place to visit with a family, just a shame that once you are there everything is designed to empty your wallet further. Don't get me wrong, i will happily pay for quality and service when they are present and had a very good meal in the NOBU restaurant. However, simple snack type foods / buffet etc should not break the bank and include a 15% service charge when there is zero service.

Great quick summer getaway!
We had a wonderful time, relaxing, so much to do and see! My husband, myself and my 18 year old son and his friend. They spent the days at the water slides, beach, lazy river and making friends. My husband & I relaxed at the pool and beach. Nights had comedy club, casino, free movies and of course awesome dinners. We went on Friday and returned on Monday, just enough time! The staff was awesome, everyone so friendly and always there to help! Our room was gorgeous looking right out to the ocean! Clean, roomy and very comfortable!

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
We took a room with a refrigerator and stocked up on water, gatorades and lots of snacks from the store across the street. Also had some dinners at the Marina Village which saved money! You can walk over the bridge and have delicious cracked conch at Mackenzies- (a local favorite!)

Nice, but expensive.
Felt that overall experience was great. Staff is exemplary. Some of the property needed refurbished/updated. Very expensive. Patrons from cruise ships spend the day on the property which makes for long lines. Really enjoyed the sea lion adventure. Loved the view from our room except Virgil's Restaurant was below our room on the 11th floor and could smell BBQ every time we opened the door to balcony.
