Last Minute Getaway
With the exception of the front desk staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Front desk personnel, with the exception of the ones staffing on the day we checked out, were the rudest, most nonaccomodating and curt fron desk staff I have encountered in years (and I travel for work and am in hotels about 330 days per year). When water in hotel was turned off while I was in the middle of a shower, front desk's attitude was that it was not their fault, but mine for deciding to take a shower at that time. Stunning!

ordinary trip
The room was beautiful and clean with a very nice view exept that there a huge construction near the hotel ... Everything is super expensive on the complex hotel which really make feel you like a tourist : I hated that. No free wifi in the room, water about 5 dollars, breakfast not included in the price and the buffet costs 25 box ... I don't recommend to go there. We told me it's better on the other islands.,

Disappointed to say the least
The hotel photos view is beautiful but not the description inside. The hotel is being closed and the amenities to include restaurants are sparse. The staff are about the only thing going for it. We experience power outages twice to include no room cleaning one day, lights escalators didn't work etc...

Where were all the people?
Location good Staff friendky, and helpful Hotel needs some cosmetic work Something needs to be done to increase the attendance like, week-end packages, Happy Hours, etc. A beautiful location, but no activity going on Drinks were pricey!

The place looks like a deserted building
Everything is under construction, casino is all shut down except for slots and there is no staff, they fired all of them the day we got there. Yet they still charge full price.

good couples resort
The hotel room was clean and the staff was frendily and helpful.The hotel is outdated,however, they are attemping to keep it fresh.I was informed the hotel is closing in the near future. There is construction adjacent to the hotel,however it did not interfer with my stay.

Will be great when the construction is complete
I've been visiting Nassau for many years and I remember when the Wyndham was a vibrant, modern hotel. Unfortunately, it is now past peak and under major construction. The grounds are rather unkempt, the pool is cracked and dirty (with sea gulls drinking out of it), and sand is being dug up from the beach with backhoes. It was also impossible to take a long walk down Cable Beach because of a huge construction blockade. The casino's table games were closed for most of my stay and the restaurant choices were extremely limited. On the bright side, the room was clean, the staff were quite helpful, and we were allowed to use the neighboring property's facilities (which were in reasonable shape). The resort fee is an absolute rip off and I was not happy about paying it upon check-out (it's not included in the package). I was also unhappy about the 14$ in-room wifi charge.
