Good for what it cost!!
Me and my fiancé checked in on 10/3. Immediately after getting into our room we wanted to change rooms. For one, the walk from the elevator to the room is entirely too long. There is no microwave or refridgerator in the room. Everything is mostly over priced and to spend the money on site at the resort most times is throwing money away. Most people ordered take-out. Even the " Preferred Guests " did this. The food is average for the Sheraton brand. The staff was pleasant and had no problem changing our coffee maker when we asked because it was very unsanitary. The beaches and pool were magnificent. About the only really good thing this place has to offer. Wi-fi only exists in the hotel lobby. Overall if you're looking for a cheap vacation stay here. But I do not advise an all inclusive package. You can purchase your own alcohol on site. And I also recommend eating outside of the resort. There is a place called the " Fish Fry " which is a string of Carribean style restaurants close by where the food is very good and modestly priced. Don't be fooled into the $40 a day resort fee they tack on as well.

l went down there for 3 day vacation ,our room was perfect ,it has a gorgeous view they have balkony which is also great ,the only negative thing about room is that sheets were smell very bad:S the rest of the room was perfect by the way they don't have wifi in the room they have in the lobby.foods are expensive so you might go fish fry which is an area that include many local restaurants we ate in frankie bananas(it is not that expensive)..One of the day in our trip we decided to eat Telegraph bar(in sheraton)i orderbunch of food such as bufola wings salmon but they responded that they dont have so we have to order french fries ,l was shocked because it was exactly like a potato chips lays we were starving but we didnt have chose because location is far a way to downtown and it was late but rest of the vacation beach, pool was wonderfull ,staff were so helpfull they have live music at 9:00 till 11:00 everynight it was fun you should go sheraton but dont order french fries:)

Need more recreation and freindly oriented
On arrival, our wait time for our room was three hours. The bathroom wasn't working properly when we got there. The room was not what we had booked. The front desk staffs need to be more helpful.Meals were very pricy, we were not able to buy one meal at this hotel. We were constantly being harass by solicitors about buying timeshare and being very rude when told we cannot afford. This was our FIRST vacation and we wish it was somewhat better. On a positive side the house keeping staff was wonderful. Great job guys thanks.

Good
It was a good place, one drawback was the fron desk employess, the weakness of the wi fi, and the expensive food at the resturants. Besides that we had a great time, the rest of the staff were real nice and the place was clean. They beach was nice.

Nice, clean, comfortable with nice beach fron
The room was better than expected, the hotel was clean and nice. The pool and cabanas had a little wear on them, and the restaurant was pricey, but maybe just standard Bahama prices. I would stay there again.

There is a bus-stop about 150 yards from hotel. The # 10, is the Cable Beach bus, and it shoots into downtown Nassau for $1.35 vs $15 for a taxi.

Great Customer Service
Staff was very friendly; they reflected the overall warmth of the island's people. It is located on Cable Beach, which is about 20mins drive to Nassau, and 15 mins from the airport. Its far enough to stay away from the hustle, and near enough to get there quickly. You can take public transportation there for $1.25 each way and the buses run almost every 5 mins up till 7pm. Otherwise taxis can cost $20 each way The beach there is really calm, and the water is somewhat different than the rest of the island(doesn't seem as salty). Great place for a quiet weekend. While there visit Fish Fry, its on the way to Nassau, try to conch fritters, conch salad. In Nassau, there's the po*op deck; I know it sounds weird, but the food is good and its where all the locals go to. Tipping is a bad habit there, they will openly ask to tip for things you didn't ask for, like on the public buses, "tour guides" will start rattling off facts and then ask for tips.

Don't tip a lot, or at all. Also, alcohol is super expensive, better off buying the alcohol at duty free and making your own drinks. Drinks can run $15 upwards at the hotels; a bottle there can run the cost of 2 cocktails. Best time to travel is mid September, Tourism slows down a lot, and they run a lot of really low specials, and the water is still warm there. Any later than October and things get a little colder.

Good for first time travel.
We felt lost at first until someone told us were things were located. The hotel is ageing and it shows, although they are trying to improve it.
