White sand, comfort and fun on Cable Beach
The Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort is located on a magnificent 1,000-foot stretch of Cable Beach. Paradise comes alive with three freshwater pools featuring cascading waterfalls, bubbling Jacuzzis and swim-up bar. Guests nosh at six on-site restaurants and bars and play at nearby Crystal Palace Casino. The vibrant nightlife of Nassau is just a short drive away. In addition to countless watersports, the resort provides an adult-supervised Kids Club to keep kids happy. Evening activities like book signings and wine tastings keep the fun going.

TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!
When going to the Bahamas, I always go to all inclusive hotels...for the first time I chose something different--what a mistake!!! The sheraton does offer an all inclusive package for an additional 190 dollars per person per day!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! At night--after 11, there is no where to buy food/beverages..all of the vending machines were sold out! (the nearest place to buy things is at least 10 minutes away via car!)

DO not buy anything at the hotel! 19 dollar breakfasts, 25 dollar lunches and 28 dollar dinners!!!! Go to where the regulars ago---another island!!! (freeport etc..) Cable Beach and Atlantis/Paradise Island are way too expensive for things that are dirt cheap in the states! Take the bus also!!!!

view of the ocean from the beach is beautiful!! the color of the water is amazing. you can see the cruise ships traveling in the distance. only issue with view from room is solid balcony wall. if you want to sit you have no view:(

seasoned traveler rates hotel with high marks
i travel a lot and have been to bahamas dozens of times, first time at the sheraton, hotel staff is amazing,outstanding in every way, the beds are too die for., housekeeping does their job quite well, and they are there all night as far as i could see. ONLY ONE PROBLEM, if you plan on eating and drinking at the sheraton, i surely hope you win the lottery first. the prices are off the charts. hotel is great. would highly recommend. just remember, fat wallet is a must if you plan on wining and dining at this hotel.

rent a scooter versus using cabs. you will save a ton of money and scooter rental is a short walk across the street from this hotel.

VACATION GETAWAY
WHILE LOCATION IS GOOD, THE HOTELWAS VERY UNCLEAN, THE ROOM, THE FURNITURE, THE LINEN, THE ENTIRE FACILITY WAS OLD AND DINGY AND SPOTS ON WALLS AND FURNITURE EVERYWHERE.

escape to Bahamas
Spent a really good time in Sheraton.Had an oceanview room,it was awesome.Staff friendly.Just one thing:the ants in the balcony.It's really not acceptable for such class hotel.Left the note to hotel staff during checkout.In the rooms they don't have wireless internet,only wired connection for free.

Perfect relaxation
I was at Nassau for scuba diving and getting away from the city. All the people in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. I could find any kind of food I like and the room service was quick and efficient.
