change of plans

got to the hotel very nice lobby staff were friendly.Food was good!Ate thru the day with drinks all good.Halfway thru our stay got word from other guests(which werent many) that we were going to be moved to a 5 star hotel down the block because the place had just been auctione doff to someone else. For the next few days waited around in limbo then after a staff asked us what we were doing still in hotel we went down and spoke with new ownwers who told us we were supposed to move to this other hotel.Moved for two nights and came back again with an upgraded room and a bottle of wine and apology letter from new owners. The place really needed alot of tender loving care.Tub enclosures instead of tiles in bathroom.Rusted lights and towel holdrs.Crummy beds and pillows.Very friendly staff and good food.

Last Minute Weekend Getaway

This place is great for an extremely budget friendly vacation or college students that want to get away with all drinks included. There were only 2 restaurants ever opened and the food wasn't anything great. After an hour waiting for our food at the pool bar (one of the 2 restaurants that were opened) we asked about it and were told "it's not ready yet." So we waited a few more minutes and eventually left without receiving our food. The second option is a small buffet opened for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms, and hotel in general, could use some updating and renovations. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant for the most part. We'll definitely do some advanced planning and spend a little more next time.

Not anything special

Food was very good. Not much to choose from, but what they had was very good. Pool was nice, but COLD! Not a good beach to swim. But what can you do in a harbour. They did what they could. All in all, the hotel was alright.

About a 15 minute walk to Atlantis. Lots of shopping around the hotel, within walking distance. They also have their own little straw market close to hotel. The big straw market is in Nassau.

Good Hotel, Kind stuff

We were there only 4 nights. Building is old and oldfashioned. The sunbeds are horrible. Food was enough and good.

Not a good experience

They only sell food, beds, swimming pool, etc. but not " an entire vacation experience". They did not allow us to have lunch because we arrived two minutes after the time when the restaurant was full of people (food was paid as all-inclusive). Rooms are old and need painting, etc. I will not use this hotel again.

Fantastic Vacation

The room was not the greatest, needs to be upgraded. Bathroom was very small . However, the location and food was excellent which made up for the room. The staff very very nice and professional. Hats off to the chef!!!. We wish we would have know about upgrading our room to the suite. We would have paid the extra amount as the suites are way better than the room. ie. bedroom, sitting room, bar, 2 bathrooms & balcony and two tvs. If we go again, we will pay the extra money and ask for a suite.

Not What We Expected...

The hotel was very misleading from the online pictures. The website has not been updated in over 6 years or more. Major remodeling is definitely in need! The appliances were old & rusty, mattresses were hard, sheets/blankets were stained, room had mold and mildew smell, shower curtains molded & black, AC vents were dusty, view of the room was a terrible eyesore of what it appeared to be a junk lot, television was old and showed black & white screen, furniture very outdated. I can go on & on. The only good thing was most of the staff were friendly and the food was good. I understand you get what you pay for but this is definitely a place I would not recommend to anyone nor will I stay there again. It's sad the owners allow such property get to the condition it is in. As well as allow travel sites list property's to customers and they actually are not what they expected.

Okay good enough :)

The location of the hotel is great right near Atlantis 4 min walk right near the ferry and boats tours. Everything is walking distance. Rooms are very outdate and my ac just kept making loud clicking noises couldnt sleep well beds are kind of hard but you are barely going to be in your room if your there for vacation. Buffet and bar & grill area was very nice and free :) The pool is very nice and has a little beach on the side where you can go in. Staff was very friendly:) i would go there again was worth the money and i saved a lot of money because i didn't need to worry about food:) they have different shows in the lobby which was nice too. Would recommend
