NEVER AGAIN!!!

The beach water was clearer then the pool! I didn't dare go into the pool after I found out people got ear infections from swimming in the pool. The buffet was very limited.

Paradise Harbour Resort

This is definetely a hotel that "you get what you pay for". The food is less than to be desired. The pool needed a good shocking and chlorine. The color of the pool was bright green each day we were there. There is a small lagoon area for the beach- but had several jelly fish in it. I will say that the staff we extremely nice and tried very hard to accomadate us. You are very close to the Atlantis, but if you wish to use their facilities ie: the pool or their beach, it will cost you 110.00 each. So we felt stuck with the green pool. The hotel had a very strong musty-moldy smell.

The hotel is fine. The food was excellent. Service was good. It was too far from the Beach and not enough area to swim in front of hotel. The pool was great. My sister and I did some shopping and sight seeing. The shops are close. The only bad thing really, was the weather.

The all inclusive was great as it is so very expensive to eat on Paradise Island. Atlantis is really overrated. The buffet, the resteraunt, and the food at the outside bar at the P.I. Harbour View were all excellent. Lots of good choices. This hotel is great for the value!!

Awesome Vacation

Went to the Bahama's and stayed at the Pardise Harbour Island Resort for my friends birthday and had an awesome time. The food was great the people were great fun and friendly. All inclusive(never go on a NON all inclusive vacation). My girls and i rented bikes and rode to the beach which was literally 2mins away. You gotta go on the Booze Cruise it was so much fun!!! Drinks and food all day everyday (staff was very accomodating)!!! We went to the Atlantis Cove (which is right next door) and had diner at MESA awesome resturant (must make reservation)Went to the casino Enjoyed all the luxuary and site seeing of the Atlantis (and other high end & expensive hotels)without paying the big $$$$$. I spent no more then $200 and thats including gifts and water sport activities. The hotel does need some updating but in there defense they're in the process of doing so. Overall we had spectacular time and we're already planning to go back sometime this spring(or whenever the price is right lol)

Entertainment tip: Short walk from hotel

Stay at a resort/hotel on Paridise Island. There's so much to expierence from all the neighboring resorts. Always do an all inclusive. I heard the Rui is also a good all inclusive and its right on the beach.

depends on what looking for

Toured city, visited aquarium, shopped, enjoyed night life and casino. The hotel is kind of old. There are much better accomodations but it helped to keep the cost down by staying at an all inclusive resort. Also floor in hotel room is tiled.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

Take taxi to and from airport if more than 1 person is in your party. Ask at hotel what taxi should cost you. Paradise Island is much more expensive than Nassau for everything. Lots of Atlantis guests were complaining about cost for food and drinks.

OK it isn't 4 stars but it's not all bad

We enjoyed the weather, the pool side bar and food available at the pool. Chicken wings, philly steak sandwiches, hamburgs, toasted cheese. The hotel room were clean, but very dated with only one side chair in a huge room. Balcony was really small and they charged us $300 to upgrade to a room with a balcony and a king size bed. The bed did not have a fited sheet and we ended up sleeping on the mattress most nights. The food was plentiful, but poorly presented and I never got a cup of coffee that did not taste burned. Plenty of fruit both fresh and canned. Desserts were good and always available. Pool was large, but really in need of a good cleaning and one day the maintenance staff actually strung an electric extention cord across the pool, fortunately someone quickly realized their error and removed the cord from the pool.

Nightlife tip: Short drive from hotel

You are on Paradise island, with night life a short drive away at the Casino and night club located less than 5 or 6 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
