Great service, friendly people, room clean, view of the harbor.I stayed 2 nites, went diving for 7 days then returned to hotel for 1 additionalnite.They did not have my reservation for the last nite. They said they didn't receive it from [...]. However they were using a fax based system. Hardly that reliable.They straightened out the problem and all was excellent from then on.Great hotel and property.

Watch the cabs. The older cab drivers that the hotels seem to favor are almost tenured. The hotel admin people will get upset if you bring in your own cabbie. The younger cab drivers are much cheaper. It is quite a racket.

Very nice place to stay.
It is a great resort. Can't think of a bad thing to say about it. Only problem is transporation. It costs a lot to go to Port Lucaya in taxi. Resort has a van that goes 5 days a week once a day. No night time transport. Taxi guys are great and very helpful.
