Great place to stay
We spent our time in Vienna sight seeing. Got great information from the staff at the hotel who were very helpful and pleasant. We tried the breakfast buffet one day and though 16 euros is steep the breakfast was worth every penny and more...outstanding.

Sightseeing tip:

The tour to the Schonbrunn Palace was great with hotel pick up making it easy. If you like seafood eat it at the Naschmarket. The only challenge there is no one can tell you what kind of fish it is in English but it is so fresh and good it's worth it. I think folk in customer service should speak more than their own language or at least have signs in more than one language!
