Excellent location, tiny rooms
I really loved the location, very close to the City center and to a park (Augarten) for activities. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet delicious (and to my happy surprise, included in the room price). My room was tiny and reminiscent of a youth furniture catalog ... worst, though, was the smell of old/cold smoke in my room and even on the sheets. At the end of the day, I thought it was good value.

Excellent place to stay
I went to a concert at the Beethovenplatz, which was superb. The man at the front desk was very helpful, giving me a map and directions to the concert and recommending a place in the Stadpark to have wienerschnitzel and beer. The food was great-so was the beer. My room was on the top floor,it was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was very nice, what a beautiful city. My wake-up call came precisely at 6:30am, I was already awake (my watch was still on Odessa time). The complimentary breakfast was great. I wish I would have had more time. Doug

Great Elegant Hotel
Wonderful classy hotel for a very good price. Couldn't believe the standard of this hotel for the price. Really a 5 star hotel not at a 5 star price. Rooms looked brand new, very clean, very comfortable and great service with the staff. Walking distance to cafe's, bank and stores. Loved it and would recommend highly. Great find in Vienna.
