It is a decent hotel. It is next to the tram line that takes you to the center. The buffet is good but 15 Euro's. There is a McDonalds and breakfast place very close. There is also an internet cafe on the street if you need to confirm any travel agent because they charge to do it. The staff were friendly though and very helpful in terms of getting around.

Great, Quiet and Convenient
This is a great hotel, with a very pleasant staff. Everyone speaks great English and are happy to help you get around. The tram is literally out the front door and you can catch it straight to downtown. The room was comfortable, although I could have used more pillows and blankets. The street and hotel itself were very quiet. The bathroom was also the nicest I've had in an European hotel. The breakfast was pricey, but there was a lot of variety.

Go to the cigarette shop in the shopping center across the street to get a 48 hour tram pass. It is about 11 euros, for any ride or line for two days. While a one-way tram ride runs about 2 euros.

Hotel Bellevue
The hotel is well-located not far from the center of Vienna by tram. The room was adequately appointed, but was not properly maintained. The staff were mixed: some helpful, others abrupt and non-helpful. The room cost was very reasonable, but the ancillary costs were inflated: internet, parking, etc. We were comfortable, but we believe there are better values in Vienna than this hotel.

The location is fantastic as it is a few minutes walk to a tram and train stop. And there's a supermarket just opposite the hotel. Breakfast is delicious though the variety is not wide. Hotel looks nice and the room doesn't have any cigarette smell. Price is good but internet rate is expensive!

quiet and staid
location was decent with Vienna's sights a public transportation ride away. hotel was once very very nice but now just seviceable but pleasant. do not ask for any cocktails that require mixing, bartender not very up on recipes.

Great place
The room we got was really excellent, big and airy. The room airconditiner though was switched off , would have been better if it was operative. Tea/ coffee maker could be a welcome addition. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a great stay, the location is good with close connections by train and tram

There was no free internet access,we had to buy it and it was so expensive. The shuttel from airport and Hotel to airport was not free.

High Mileage Traveler
Great Location Outstanding Staff
One of the better European hotel stays we have had. The location and room suited us to a T. Many close by easy walk to local businesses, including grocery trams, buses, underground, and some nice dining opportunities. The breakfast was a good value for the cost, the dining room offered some great evening meals and the wait staff was absolutely outstanding.

A short walk to the underground an under 10 minute trip to the opera house lots of attractions just one or 2 undergorund stops away from the opera house. We took some day trips so settled on 24 hour unlimited ride underground tickets always an easy walk to anyplace we wanted to go.
